Not long after I became pregnant, I started looking for a postpartum nanny who would be a good fit for me. At that time, Auntie Zhao had already been highly recommended to me. The first time I had a video call with her, I felt that she looked like someone with a very strong sense of responsibility. As a first-time mom, I felt that what I needed most was someone responsible who would put my mind at ease. Sure enough, she did not disappoint. Auntie works at lightning speed—everything is done quickly and well. She also has incredible stamina and is extremely responsible when it comes to the baby. My baby was initially a small, thin premature infant, and under Auntie’s care, their weight gradually caught up to the normal growth range for babies. (Of course, every baby’s constitution and growth situation are different ❤️) Auntie fed the baby on schedule every day and took excellent care of the baby’s routine. As a first-time mom, I could truly trust her with my baby and focus on recovering my own health. And although she made so many different kinds of dishes every day, it never took away from the time she spent caring for the baby. I truly admire her efficiency! If, like me, you appreciate someone who is responsible, does not waste words, and stays focused on doing their job well, I truly think Auntie Zhao would be a great fit for you 👍 She truly gave me a new understanding of what a “professional postpartum nanny” can accomplish.

During the time Auntie Huang cared for my baby and me in our home, our whole family was extremely satisfied, and we feel very fortunate to have had her help during my postpartum confinement period. She took especially thoughtful care of me as a postpartum mother. Right after giving birth, I was uncomfortable physically and found many things difficult to do on my own. She helped me bathe and wipe down, and washed my hair using postpartum herbal water. She was very patient throughout the process and always considered how I felt. Beyond practical care, she also gave me a great deal of emotional support. During confinement, it is unavoidable to sometimes feel exhausted and anxious. She was willing to listen to me and would comfort and encourage me, making me feel understood and that I had someone to rely on. Auntie Huang was also very experienced in caring for the baby. She was meticulous and patient, and it was clear that she genuinely liked babies. She carefully cared for the baby's foreskin and umbilical cord, and both healed very smoothly afterward. As a first-time mother, whenever there was something I did not understand or was worried about, I felt reassured communicating with her. In addition, she paid close attention to personal hygiene, liked things clean, and worked efficiently and neatly. She has a lovely personality, was easy to get along with, and we also enjoyed chatting in everyday life. Caring for both a mother and a newborn during the postpartum period is not easy. Auntie Huang's thoughtfulness, patience, and companionship helped us through this important time. We are very grateful for the care she gave my baby and me, and sincerely recommend her to families looking for a postpartum nanny. I also wish Auntie Huang continued success and all the best. 🌷

When we were preparing to welcome our baby, we decided to hire a 24-hour live-in postpartum nanny. Looking back now, meeting Eva was absolutely one of the wisest decisions we made! Eva is efficient and extremely attentive to hygiene, always keeping everything organized and in perfect order. We had originally worried that having a stranger in the house would feel awkward, but she was not only easy to communicate with—she also proactively observed and adapted to our family’s routine. Being around her felt as relaxed and comfortable as being with family. When it came to caring for our baby, her professionalism and attention to detail were truly impeccable. She was full of love for the baby and treated the baby as if they were her own. Whenever the baby stirred at night, she would immediately soothe them gently. From changing and washing to bathing and infant massage, every movement was smooth and practiced. Having her constantly keep an eye on all aspects of the baby’s condition gave us an incredible sense of security. For first-time parents, the anxiety in the beginning is really unavoidable. At first, we had no idea about feeding frequency or how much milk the baby should drink, but Eva patiently answered all our questions. She also deeply respected and cooperated with the parenting approach we wanted to use. When I felt emotionally low or stressed after giving birth, she would talk with me like a friend, share her experience, and provide me with a great deal of emotional support. We were also extremely satisfied with her postpartum meals! Eva is a very skilled cook. Her food was healthy, light, and not greasy. In particular, the soups, postpartum teas, and nourishing sweet soups she made were all delicious. She also customized and adjusted them according to my recovery progress after childbirth, and took excellent care of my body. She also gave us one-on-one guidance on how to bathe and massage the baby, as well as the correct ways to hold the baby, so that we could transition smoothly after she finished her service. After Eva left, my husband and I really missed the days when she was our “lifesaver”! We sincerely recommend Eva to everyone, but her schedule is extremely sought-after. Expectant mothers who need her should make a reservation early to secure a spot!

We absolutely have to give our maternity nanny, Auntie Wang, the praise she deserves. From the first day she walked through our door, my husband and I finally got to live like people who could actually sleep. First, caring for the baby—this is what impressed me most. In the first few days after our baby came home, day and night were completely reversed. The baby cried heart-wrenchingly at night, and we were two first-time parents who had no idea what to do. After Auntie Wang took over, she first learned the baby’s routine. During the day, she spent more time playing with the baby and doing infant massage; at night, after feeding, she followed a full routine of burping, swaddling, and white noise. In less than a week, the baby was able to sleep four or five hours at a stretch. She is especially steady when holding the baby, and she handled bathing, umbilical-cord care, and diaper-rash prevention neatly and efficiently. The baby never developed neck chafing or diaper rash. What made me feel even more reassured was her attentiveness—one day, she noticed that the baby’s jaundice was worse than the day before and urged us to go to the hospital for testing right away. It really was high, so the baby received phototherapy early. The doctor said that if we had waited another two days, it would have been troublesome. Then there were the postpartum meals—she was practically the culprit behind my gaining weight. Auntie Wang’s cooking is truly outstanding. Her braised pork with potatoes had tender, flavorful meat and potatoes soaked through with broth that melted in the mouth. Her steamed fish was cooked just right: fresh and tender rather than dry, with cilantro on top for fragrance. Even I, someone who normally does not like fish, could eat half a fish. With a plate of cucumber-and-peanut salad to refresh the palate, every meal left me feeling comforted and satisfied. Breakfast was equally thoughtful: freshly cooked oatmeal with avocado, fried eggs sprinkled with black pepper, a bowl of kiwi and cherry tomatoes, plus several walnuts, all arranged nicely and appetizingly. She did not simply make heavy tonic foods; instead, she planned meals according to my milk supply and recovery progress, using less oil while still making sure I had plenty of soups. By the end of my confinement period, I had plenty of milk and my weight was still under control. Her sense of boundaries was the rarest thing. She never overstepped. While getting everything done well, she also taught us hands-on how to hold the baby, burp the baby, and tell whether the baby was hungry or sleepy. When I was feeling down, she would voluntarily take on more work so I could get some sleep, and she would reassure me, “The emotions you have during confinement are not your fault.” The 26 days passed quickly, and the whole family was reluctant to see her go. Auntie Wang is not the kind of person who only does the work; she genuinely cared for our child as if the child were her own. If any friends around me are looking for a maternity nanny, she will be the first person I recommend—she cooks well, understands babies, and is a decent and kind person. Meeting an auntie like her is a blessing.

Hiring Sister Bao as our maternity nanny was truly the decision that made my family and me feel the most fortunate and reassured throughout the entire postpartum period! Sister Bao is straightforward and efficient. After traveling a long distance and arriving at our home, she immediately began organizing the nursery. With her skillful touch, the room became neat and orderly, and everything was much easier to use. What impressed us even more was that, as soon as she started work, she noticed early signs of a mild diaper rash through her keen observation and extensive experience. She quickly corrected the improper cleaning methods we first-time parents had been using and recommended effective care products tailored to the issue. Within just a few days, our baby’s bottom had completely returned to being clean and healthy. In day-to-day infant care, Sister Bao is not only scientific in her approach; she is not content merely to know what to do, but is also eager to understand why. She always gladly shares the science and care experience behind what she does in an easy-to-understand way, discusses it with us, and has benefited us tremendously. Sometimes our baby was especially clingy and liked sleeping close to someone. Sister Bao would always stay with the baby attentively, patiently soothe the baby to sleep, and care for the baby with great affection. She is an excellent communicator, responds quickly to changing situations, and arranges each day’s routines and countless small tasks perfectly. Sister Bao’s cooking has been a real treat for our entire family! Her dishes can be comforting home-style food—for example, glossy, irresistible braised pork; fragrant, mouthwatering braised lamb; and exceptionally delicious steamed and braised fish—as well as nourishing specialty meals, such as silky bird’s nest soup, springy and tender sea cucumber, and flavorful, nourishing fish maw chicken soup. Her after-meal desserts and postpartum teas are varied and delicious as well: for example, roasted sweet potatoes that amazed our taste buds, sweet and tasty five-red tea, and aged tangerine peel red bean dessert that was even better than my own. Sister Bao is not only highly skilled and efficient, but also easygoing, cheerful, and always smiling. Being around her feels as warm and natural as being with family. We trust Sister Bao and have already planned to hire her again!

I highly recommend Liu Jun Ah-Yi! Liu Jun Ah-Yi stayed with our family in April for 2 months with the birth of my second child. To be honest, before she arrived, I had reservations. I had a different yue sao for my first child and did not have a very positive experience. I am so grateful we had Liu Jun Ah-Yi the second time around - it showed me how much a good yue sao really can do. I will share what really stood out to me: 1. She is very adaptable and adjusts quickly based on feedback (e.g. if I had certain preferences of how to keep the house clean, foods we liked/did not like, feeding the baby). My son was quite difficult with the bottle and it took him an hour to even drink 50 mL, crying the whole way. Ah-Yi tried different tactics and was also open minded to how she and I could partner together through the night. 2. My husband and I don't typically like the idea of someone living in our house with us as we prize our privacy and ability to freely move around out home. Ah-Yi was very considerate in this regard - she was quiet in our common space and for the most part was in the bedroom with the baby. We really did not feel like our space was invaded in any way. 3. She is an excellent cook. Many of the other reviews already mention the delicious foods she made. She also made the extra effort to make foods that our older child liked. What I really appreciated was in the week before she left, she re-cooked some of my favorites and walked me through so that I could write down the recipes. 4. Even months after she has left our home, Liu Jun Ah-Yi still checks up on us and asks about the baby. We really feel she genuinely cares about us. I cannot say enough good things! Just know that she is very popular and books far in advance. I booked her when I was only about 5 weeks pregnant!

We feel so fortunate to have met Auntie Dong! She truly is an angel! Auntie Dong has such a wonderful personality—easygoing, patient, and very comfortable to be around. She was especially attentive to our baby and has extensive experience caring for newborns. She handled the baby’s daily feedings, sleep, baths, and routine care with great care, and kept time-based records. She always noticed even the smallest changes promptly. We were first-time parents and didn’t know how to do anything. Auntie Dong patiently taught us everything, from changing diapers, bathing, and burping the baby to observing the baby’s condition and soothing the baby to sleep. As she did each task, she explained what we should pay attention to. Besides caring for the baby, Auntie Dong also kept our home very well organized. Everything was cleaned and kept tidy every day, and the three daily meals were planned perfectly. She was extremely proactive; before we even had to ask, she had already thought of things and taken care of them. Having her with us for that month gave us so much peace of mind. Another thing is that Auntie Dong was very respectful of our habits and decisions and never made us feel pressured. After spending a month together, Auntie Dong felt like more than just a postpartum nanny who came to work in our home. She genuinely cared about our baby and our whole family. When the month ended, we really did not want to say goodbye. We highly recommend Auntie Dong to any family in need!

Mei Jie was incredibly helpful to us as first-time parents. Before she even arrived, she sent us a detailed list of essentials for both the baby and my wife, including specific brand recommendations. It saved us so much research time. Her approach to baby care is thoughtful and informed by current practices. She has the energy to handle every task thoroughly and consistently goes above and beyond. She kept a detailed log of feedings, diaper changes, and other important information, which helped us stay organized. She took wonderful care of my wife and our family, too. Her meals were both healthy and delicious, and they helped make my wife’s recovery smoother. We looked forward to every meal because she always surprised us with something new. Mei Jie also noticed the little things that mattered to us. For example, we weigh our protein and carbs, so she cut the meat into larger pieces to make it easier for us to measure. She made sure the bottles and pumping accessories were washed and dry before bedtime, so everything was ready for overnight pumping. She would even unload the dishwasher at night to avoid making noise in the morning. She is exceptionally clean. We usually have a cleaning professional come regularly, but Mei Jie kept the kitchen and common areas even cleaner than any professional cleaner we’ve had. Anyone would be lucky to have Mei Jie as a doula or nanny. We’re grateful for the care she gave our family, and she was worth every penny.

Thank you, Auntie, for taking such good care of our whole family and our dog during this time! Auntie was especially conscientious and responsible with our baby. Every day, she carefully cared for the baby: washing the baby’s face and neck, doing gas-relief exercises, soothing massage, tummy time, showing black-and-white cards, changing diapers, bathing, and a whole range of daily care. She even gave the baby a little anti-dandruff spa, haha. Before finishing work each day, she was also very patient about making sure my husband and I had learned how to care for the baby. We could feel that she truly loved our baby and sincerely wanted the baby to be comfortable and healthy. Auntie can make so many substantial dishes (you absolutely have to try her pork hock and ribs!!), making it impossible for us to stick to the fitness meals we had planned to eat = = It happened to be my husband’s birthday, and Auntie specially made a whole table of delicious food. It made us feel like we were celebrating the New Year! Auntie also got along especially well with our dog. We have an Australian Shepherd who needs to be played with every day. After the baby arrived, we really could not give the dog enough attention, so Auntie voluntarily helped walk him and play with him. Later, our dog was always looking for Auntie. Auntie also took great care of our family’s emotions, especially the new mom’s. Many times, just a sentence or a little joke from her could help all of us relax. She was not only caring for the baby, but also caring for the emotional well-being of the whole family. She was a great help in keeping things relaxed and harmonious between my husband and me. There was no sense of distance when being around Auntie, and she never made people feel there was excessive formality or scorekeeping. She came across as very dependable and genuine. Trust built up day by day. Later, my husband and I often went out together to take care of things. With only Auntie, the baby, and the dog at home, we were never worried at all. We are truly very grateful for Auntie’s hard work during this time. For us, what she brought was not merely professional postpartum nanny service; she truly helped us care for this home, put her heart into it, and accompanied us through a very special period in our lives.

We have been very happy with Luo aiyi and would highly recommend her to any family. She is wonderful with our babies —caring, attentive, patient, and dependable. We feel confident leaving our babies in her care if we need to step away for whatever reason. She is also an excellent cook and has been a tremendous help with preparing delicious, healthy meals for our family. She is thoughtful about our preferences and is very efficient in producing meals in a timely manner. Just as importantly, she communicates well with us as parents and is respectful of our routines, preferences, and parenting style. She is easy to work with, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in making sure our family is happy and comfortable. We are very grateful for all that she has done for us and would gladly recommend her to other families.

She talked herself up, claiming she was very good with children and an excellent cook, and that she only took long-term jobs. I thought she must be very capable, but the reality was extremely disappointing. She failed at every one of the three most basic aspects of childcare: 1. Feeding: Even after I taught her the “tips and tricks,” every morning one-third to one-half of the milk was still left, and my husband or I had to finish feeding it. She put a nipple on the milk-storage bottle to feed the baby, making it impossible to release air; even after being taught at least three times, she still could not figure out how many bags of breast milk needed to be thawed each day or how to thaw them. 2. Solid food: She gave me the impression that she had never made it before. She asked me what to make for every meal. After discovering that my daughter liked tomatoes and shrimp, she made that same dish for every meal. One morning, almost 9:00, I asked what my daughter had eaten for breakfast, and she said leftover food from the night before! (Yet her requirement for us was that she needed eggs, milk, and bread in the morning to ensure nutrition and calcium intake.) 3. Settling her for daytime naps: She could not soothe my daughter. My daughter is an angel baby who never cries when sleeping, but this nanny kept making her cry so hard she squealed like a pig, leaving me unable to work peacefully during the day. Also, I was looking for a live-in nanny who could balance childcare and simple household chores and manage her time reasonably. But once she held the child, she could not do anything else, claiming that her childcare philosophy was to ensure the child’s safety. Did I hire a mother-in-law instead? :) Other small things included not knowing how to use the dryer and leaving undried clothes piled in a basket, so after working late I discovered I still had to hang them up myself in the middle of the night; not closing the door behind her when she came into my room while I was sleeping to take my daughter out; when we were out all day and told her to help wash clothes and organize the rooms, we came home to find the play area still a mess and clothes still in the dryer the next day; after I tidied the sofa and folded my daughter’s clothes in the middle of the night, I woke up the next morning to find the sofa cluttered again with things tossed all over it; and so on. If all of those are small matters, the most intolerable part was that, despite her limited ability, she was inexplicably self-confident and argued with me forcefully. Whenever I expressed dissatisfaction, she had all kinds of excuses and rebuttals, raising her voice and going on and on. I have only one thing to say: parenting philosophy and ability are two different things; there is no need to argue. After one week, my husband and I decided to replace her. We even gave her a week to find another job to save her face, but she taught me a lesson instead: thank you, please immediately pack your things and leave. When she left, she said sorry, that she was a bit stubborn. Being stubborn means she is not suited to this line of work. Moms in the group, keep your eyes open. Many problems cannot be discovered in an interview. If you find that a nanny lacks ability and professionalism, replace her immediately and decisively. Do not put up with it and pay money only to make yourself upset.

We were so fortunate to have Sister Xiuyun as our postpartum nanny! The whole family was extremely satisfied throughout this placement. Sister Xiuyun has worked as a postpartum nanny for many years; she is experienced and highly professional. Once the baby was in her care, the baby basically never cried or fussed. She kept the baby’s schedule, feeding, and care exceptionally well organized. We never had issues such as diaper rash or eczema, and the baby was clean and emotionally settled every day. She also took meticulous care of the new mother. She explained postpartum precautions very clearly and patiently taught us many childcare methods, so we felt confident caring for the baby ourselves. Her cooking was also beyond reproach: balanced meals with meat and vegetables, lots of variety, and her Shandong-style noodles and pastries were especially delicious. She was also very accommodating in adjusting meals to our tastes. What moved us most was her personality—optimistic, cheerful, positive, and very easy to get along with. Throughout the entire placement, the atmosphere at home was relaxed and pleasant, and she also took great care of the new mother’s postpartum emotions. Another especially rare quality: the father in our family is in an English-speaking environment, so Sister Xiuyun proactively learned English in order to communicate with him better. She was completely at ease in daily communication, and she was very thoughtful and respectful. We were truly so fortunate to have a postpartum nanny who is professional, caring, and eager to learn!

I highly recommend my maternity nanny, Auntie Wang! She has an outgoing, humorous personality and is especially easy to get along with. On the day she arrived, she immediately got into the role: she organized everything in the kitchen, sorted the ingredients, and then began caring for the baby. Auntie Wang is healthy and has even more energy than us young people. Because she loves children and is very professional, I felt completely at ease leaving the baby with her—we did not have to worry about anything. Our baby was premature, so I was especially concerned about feeding. Auntie Wang paid close attention to the baby’s feeding, helped the baby catch up in weight, and provided careful care. Whenever the baby cried or stirred, she woke up right away to check on the baby. The baby’s diaper rash also recovered quickly under her attentive care. During the period of colic in February, she gave the baby foot baths and did gas-relief exercises, which helped a lot. Before she finished her assignment with us, we took the baby for a checkup, and the baby was growing very well in every respect and had caught up with full-term babies. At the same time, she also established great routines for the baby, and the baby did not have the problem of waking up as soon as they were put down. Because we trusted Auntie Wang to take good care of the baby, we adults were able to rest well at night and recover ourselves. Auntie Wang is also a professional chef. She can make buns, dumplings, cakes, bread, jianbing guozi, and youtiao by hand for us. Other dishes, such as big-plate chicken, braised beef ribs, and sweet-and-sour crispy pork, also come naturally to her. We never had to worry about what to eat; every day, rich and delicious dishes were served on the table. It truly made us feel so happy! Hiring Auntie Wang was absolutely the right choice. Before she left, she even made dumplings, buns, sesame flatbreads, youtiao, and all kinds of food for us to stock up on because she was worried we would not take good care of ourselves. When she left, our whole family was extremely reluctant to say goodbye—we really cried our eyes out! I hope we have a chance to see each other again in the future~! Take care of yourself, Auntie Wang! (If we have a second child, we will hire you again, haha.)

Sister Ying was responsible for caring for our baby boy born through surrogacy during his newborn confinement period. She was professional, attentive, and very caring. She was familiar with key newborn-care practices and scientifically cared for the baby’s feeding, burping, soothing to sleep, and umbilical-cord care. She closely monitored the baby’s jaundice, temperature, and bowel movements and promptly updated us on his condition. She was skilled at soothing newborn crying, helped the baby establish a regular routine, and also took time to teach us, as new parents, basic newborn-care techniques and how to understand the signals in the baby’s cries. We benefited greatly. She also kept the mother-and-baby environment clean and disinfected and carefully managed the baby’s clothing and supplies. She was organized, communicated promptly, respected our parenting preferences, and patiently explained newborn-care knowledge. She had a calm, gentle personality and was kind and patient with the baby. Under her attentive care, the baby developed steadily. She was highly responsible, professional, and reliable—a childcare helper we could truly feel at ease with. We sincerely recommend her.

I’m very grateful to Auntie Du for taking care of my baby and me over the past month. She truly is someone who puts us at ease and is very comfortable to be around. Auntie Du has a wonderful personality. She is sincere and very easy to communicate with. Every day, she is full of sunshine and positive energy, and having her at home makes the atmosphere feel especially relaxed. You can tell that she genuinely loves babies: every day she talks to the baby, sings, and plays with the baby. She is extremely patient and caring. When it comes to baby care, Auntie Du is very experienced. She is skilled at feeding, burping, bathing, and daily care, and she carefully observes the baby’s condition each day, which gives us great peace of mind. In addition, Auntie Du is also excellent at lactation massage. In the second week after giving birth, I had mastitis and clogged milk ducts, with a noticeable hard lump in my breast. After she helped clear the blockage, the lump went down quickly and the clogged ducts were greatly relieved. She was an enormous help to me. Auntie Du’s cooking is another major highlight. Not only is the food delicious, but she works very quickly and makes different dishes for us every day. She is especially good at all kinds of flour-based foods—steamed buns, dumplings, meat pies, and pan-fried flatbreads are all specialties of hers. We ate very well during my postpartum recovery period, and the food suited our tastes perfectly. All in all, Auntie Du took excellent care of both my baby and me during this time. She is dependable, hardworking, and attentive; she is patient and loving with the baby; and her cooking is also delicious. We feel truly fortunate to have met such an easygoing and reliable auntie. I sincerely recommend her!

During the time Auntie Yang cared for me, she truly gave me tremendous peace of mind. She is a very proactive and attentive person. It seemed that she could anticipate many of my needs before I even voiced them. In the first few days after I came home, I was still very weak, and she always reminded me to avoid going up and down the stairs as much as possible. Once meals were ready, she would bring them right to my bedside. She even quietly kept an eye on the water in my cup and never let me drink cold water. Sometimes when an afternoon snack coincided with me breastfeeding, she would even sit beside me and feed me bite by bite. In the days after my surgery, she specially prepared easy-to-digest meals for me and helped stimulate my milk supply and relieve blocked ducts. She thought of many things before I did. Auntie Yang was also very professional with postpartum care. She understood the properties and combinations of different ingredients well and prepared varied meals for me every day. She would boil mugwort water for me to wash my hair and bathe in, and she reminded me which habits to pay attention to during postpartum recovery and how to better protect my body. She cared about my health like family, without being overly nagging. Auntie Yang’s care for the baby was even more meticulous. Whether monitoring jaundice, caring for the umbilical cord, doing baby massage, or passive exercises, she handled everything very skillfully. She also placed great importance on the baby’s gross motor development, helping the baby practice lifting their head, and she was very experienced with early interaction and stimulation for newborns. Our baby tended to cry a lot, especially during the difficult “two-month fussiness” phase, when the baby was truly hard to care for. Whenever the baby cried, no matter where Sister Yang was or what she was doing, she would basically put everything down and come right away. The baby always felt especially secure in her arms, and she patiently observed whether the baby was hungry, sleepy, uncomfortable, or had gas. When the baby had gas, she would do gas-relief exercises and massage the baby’s tummy to help the baby feel more comfortable. Her nighttime care was also especially attentive. If the baby kept crying, she would hold the baby and walk around continuously, patiently soothing the baby to sleep, so that my husband and I could sleep and rest peacefully and my body could recover more quickly. For a new mother who had just given birth and was exhausted every day, the feeling that “someone is watching over your baby at night so you can truly sleep without worry” was incredibly precious. I could clearly feel that Auntie Yang genuinely loves this work and truly likes children. When she talked to the baby, she was always very patient in soothing the baby, and she was very understanding of a young baby’s emotions and needs. Before finishing her placement with us, she also taught my husband and me step by step how to care for the baby. Later, we extended her stay for a while. To be honest, I really wished she could have kept caring for us. I truly felt completely at ease leaving the baby with her. In short, our whole family was very reluctant to say goodbye to Sister Yang. The only thing I regret now is not hiring her for a longer period sooner. If you are looking for a postpartum nanny, I highly recommend Auntie Yang. She is professional, attentive, patient, and has a strong sense of boundaries. More importantly, she truly puts her heart into caring for both mothers and babies. I hope more new mothers can meet a postpartum nanny like Auntie Yang, who brings such peace of mind, and I wish Sister Yang all the best in her future work and that she meets more families who appreciate her!

We feel incredibly grateful and fortunate to have hired Auntie Li to care for our newborn baby. Auntie Li not only has extensive experience and professional knowledge in newborn care, but she was also very attentive to the baby’s feeding, schedule, and daily care. She also gave me a great deal of care and support during my postpartum recovery, allowing me to rest and recover with peace of mind. Auntie Li is a very loving, patient, and responsible person. She is passionate about her work, genuinely loves babies, and cares for them wholeheartedly. During the 45 days we spent with her, I experienced her professionalism and warmth, and she made me, as a new mother, feel much more at ease. Now that the 45 days have passed, I feel that my body has recovered very well, and the baby has developed a regular routine, making daily care much easier. None of this would have been possible without Auntie Li’s devoted care and help during this time. We really do not want to say goodbye to Auntie Li, and we will definitely miss her! We are deeply grateful for everything she gave and for her companionship with my daughter and me over these 45 days. Meeting such a professional, loving, and responsible postpartum nanny has been incredibly fortunate for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Auntie Li! ❤️

This experience of hiring a maternity nanny was very good. I’m very grateful to Sister Yan for taking care of both my baby and me during this time. I felt very comfortable getting along with her. Sister Yan was very patient and especially attentive in caring for the baby. She handled feeding, burping, diaper changes, bathing, and soothing the baby to sleep very conscientiously. She also took the initiative to observe the baby’s condition and communicated with us promptly if there were any issues. She also took very thoughtful care of me as a postpartum mother, preparing meals every day according to my condition, with a fairly balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and adjusting the flavor as much as possible to suit my preferences. Recovering postpartum was physically tiring, and Sister Yan helped us a great deal during this period, allowing me to get more rest and reducing our stress. She was also quite efficient in her work and paid attention to keeping the baby’s belongings clean and organized by category. Whenever something came up, we were able to communicate and resolve it well. For first-time parents caring for a baby, having an experienced and responsible maternity nanny really provides a lot of peace of mind. Sister Yan worked very hard during this time, and we are also very grateful for her attentive care of the baby. Overall, we were very satisfied and recommend her to mothers who need this kind of help!

We feel incredibly, incredibly fortunate to have met Auntie Liu. I’m grateful for her care, which helped me recover to my pre-pregnancy condition sooner despite being older and having had a C-section. Auntie Liu has extensive experience caring for babies and can help first-time parents anticipate many situations with a baby, such as jaundice, baby acne, and gas. Under Auntie Liu’s care, our baby smoothly got through common newborn issues. With her help, I was also able to establish milk production successfully, and my supply exceeded expectations. Auntie Liu planned meals according to my physical condition, and they were delicious—so delicious that I finished everything before having time to take photos. The postpartum confinement period went by too quickly. I really wish we could have kept Auntie Liu longer. I also hope she can help more first-time parents.

I highly recommend Sister Wen. She is young, capable, energetic, efficient, and conscientious. Overall, she comes across as dependable and worry-free—she is not very talkative but takes action readily. During her time with our family, she quickly adapted to the new environment and our lifestyle habits. When problems arose, she proactively found solutions and handled things in an organized way, which gave us great peace of mind. She cared for our baby in a very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient way. She carefully observed the baby’s condition and needs and adjusted her care flexibly according to the baby’s routine and situation, rather than rigidly following a fixed method. She took the baby out for walks every day so the baby could experience the outdoors and get some sunshine. She was also very thorough with the baby’s daily care and very patient with the baby. We could clearly feel that she was genuinely caring for the baby wholeheartedly. In addition, she cooks very well! She adjusted dishes and flavors according to our tastes and preferences, and the meals were fairly well balanced nutritionally. She did not need us to repeatedly explain what needed to be done; she proactively arranged many things herself and truly helped reduce a lot of our burden. One thing we especially liked about her was that she has great energy, a stable temperament, and is not overly talkative. She did not excessively interrupt our family life, but she carefully completed everything that needed to be done. For first-time parents, having someone dependable, attentive, and able to proactively solve problems by your side is truly very important. Overall, she is a young postpartum nanny who is experienced, responsible, adaptable, and especially easy to have around. We are very grateful for the care she gave our baby and our whole family during this time, and we sincerely recommend her!

Sister Cao is conscientious and responsible in her work. She took thoughtful care of both the baby and me as the new mother. Being able to find a maternity nanny like Sister Cao while living abroad gave our whole family much greater peace of mind. The baby had no gas or diaper rash throughout, and stayed safe and healthy. Sister Cao cared for the baby as if the baby were her own, and the baby also really liked and depended on her. She communicated very well with me, and even when postpartum hormones made me irritable, Sister Cao was 100% understanding. In every way, she helped me through a pleasant postpartum confinement period. Finding a worry-free maternity nanny and maintaining a comfortable mood during confinement are crucial to postpartum recovery. Even a high-needs baby can be very well cared for in Sister Cao’s hands. Thank you, Sister Cao, for your companionship and care all the way through.

We had a wonderful time with our nanny and were extremely satisfied with her work. If I had to describe her in one sentence, both my husband and I would say: she is simply our “Chinese version of Mary Poppins”! When we first came home from the hospital, the two of us were honestly a little overwhelmed. As first-time parents facing a newborn, there were so many things we did not know how to do. As soon as the nanny arrived, she very naturally took charge of the household rhythm. She immediately began caring for the baby, and also carefully went through the baby supplies, care products, and items in the kitchen. She quickly learned our habits and familiarized herself with our home, which gave us so much peace of mind. She is extremely organized and methodical. Whether she is caring for the baby, preparing meals, or handling household matters, she plans ahead and approaches everything systematically, keeping our whole home in a very comfortable and stable state. What touched us most was her patience and attentiveness with our baby. She observes the baby very carefully and is even more patient than we are as new parents. She notices every small change in the baby and promptly tells us how to handle it. She is also a fast learner: whenever we have new requests or parenting approaches, she studies them seriously and masters them quickly. She was also very willing to teach us hands-on how to care for the baby. From feeding, burping, diaper changes, and bathing, to holding and soothing the baby, as well as how to play and interact with the baby day to day, she patiently demonstrated everything for us. We went from being completely flustered at the beginning to gradually becoming more and more confident. One thing we especially appreciated was that she always spoke to and communicated with the baby very gently and patiently. She was not simply caring for the baby in a task-completion way; she was truly observing, understanding, and accompanying the baby. As parents, we were genuinely moved when we saw her interacting with our baby. She also handled newborn issues such as jaundice and eczema with great care and experience, which eased a lot of our anxiety. She observed the baby’s condition promptly and told us what to watch for, giving us first-time parents much greater peace of mind. In addition, she is an excellent cook! Every day, she prepared different meals based on our tastes and my postpartum recovery needs. The food was nutritious, light, and delicious, allowing us to eat well and rest well while caring for the baby. Looking back on this postpartum confinement period, we truly feel so lucky to have met her. She was not only helping us care for our baby, but also helping two completely inexperienced new parents grow. She gave us a great deal of practical help as well as a tremendous sense of security. We are deeply grateful for all of her hard work and companionship during this time. Even a five-star review is not enough to express how satisfied we are! If any friends need a postpartum nanny in the future, we will absolutely recommend her. ❤️

Auntie Chen is a highly experienced and very caring postpartum nanny. She helped me through my confinement month, and I feel deeply grateful to her. After having an unsuccessful confinement experience with my first child, I came to understand the true value of a good postpartum nanny—Auntie Chen is one of those rare, exceptional ones. She truly loves babies. Every night, as soon as the baby cried, she would immediately get up to check on the baby. The baby felt very secure with her and even became quite dependent on her. She has extensive experience caring for babies: when the baby first came home, she monitored the baby’s jaundice every day; before the umbilical cord fell off, she carefully folded the diaper down to avoid the cord; and every time we went to see the pediatrician, she came along and provided the doctor with updates. Whenever the baby cried hard and we had no idea what to do, she was like an anchor that gave us peace of mind. Her care for me as a new mother was also meticulous and thoughtful. On the day she arrived, she began helping me with breast massage to clear blocked milk ducts. After they were cleared, I felt much more energized overall. My mother also said that my complexion looked much better. With my first child, because of improper diet and breast care, I had to keep going to a lactation consultant for blocked ducts. She boiled mugwort water every night for me to soak my feet in, and later in my confinement period, she also helped wipe my body with mugwort water. Every day, she also made different delicious meals for me. Thanks to her, our southern Chinese family got to eat freshly made dumplings and steamed buns. The confinement period is the most vulnerable time in a woman’s life. I hope everyone will have the good fortune to meet a wonderful postpartum nanny like Auntie Chen.

We have really loved having Nancy with us. For starters, we do not speak the same language but she was willing to work with us and talk us through everything that was going on with our baby and plan out our days so that there were no surprises. Any stress that might have come due to the language barrier was alleviated due to her careful explanations and resolve to ensure we all understood each other. She has been so wonderful and patient with our newborn who wants to be held at all times. She is attentive to our newborn's needs, and takes good care of our baby. She plays with the baby and chats with her all day long. She is careful about the clothes that the baby wears, making sure they are soft without too many buttons and Nancy cuts out any rough tags. She even made special pillows for our baby so that the baby can be comfortable. Nancy is a wonderful cook and has adjusted dishes to our preferences. She makes amazing ribs and braised pork and fish. Her dumplings are incredible, steamed or pan-fried. She makes multiple different fresh dishes every day for all our meals - our entire family loves to eat Nancy's cooking. She is also in tune to what we enjoy and makes sure to cook more of that, such as noodles and vegetables. She also makes alot of hearty porridges and soups to help in my wife's recovery. It's been great having Nancy here and I would highly recommend her to any family.

Ladies, before giving birth I was so anxious I couldn’t sleep. I was afraid a bad postpartum confinement would ruin my life, afraid I wouldn’t have enough milk, would get depressed, or wouldn’t eat well… Looking back now, my biggest blessing was hiring Auntie Yang 🙏 Just look at the photos! She made all of these meals as part of her daily routine—they are not staged! Purple rice, stir-fried kidney, sautéed loofah, cold shredded kelp salad, corn and mushroom soup… She changed things up every day, with balanced meat and vegetables and no repeated dishes. The key is that it was delicious and I didn’t gain weight! By the end of my confinement, I was actually 3 jin lighter than before giving birth, and my milk supply was especially abundant. Auntie Yang truly understands postpartum nutrition. Her soups helped promote lactation without being greasy, and even someone like me with no appetite could eat two big bowls of rice 🍚 Her care skills go without saying. She was even more nervous than I was about the baby’s baths, massage, and umbilical-cord care. Her hands were so gentle, and with her taking care of the baby, the little one slept soundly and smelled lovely every day 😂 She also patiently taught me all kinds of newborn-care knowledge, and I went from being completely flustered to being able to handle things myself later on. As for me, her breast-unblocking technique was professional and painless. She would get up whenever called at night, letting me sleep through the night, and my postpartum emotions stayed very stable. Auntie Yang also has a wonderful personality. She smiles a lot and doesn’t nitpick, always notices what needs doing, and keeps the home spotless. Talking with her felt like talking with a sister—never awkward at all. You can tell from the photos how good her cooking looks; she made different things every day, and even my husband craved her cooking, haha. I sincerely recommend her to any ladies still looking for a maternity nanny. Auntie Yang is the rare kind who is both professional and warm-hearted—a top-tier nanny. If you meet her, you’ve struck gold! ❤️

Auntie Shen is a very professional, caring, and responsible postpartum nanny. As first-time parents, we inevitably felt a little helpless when faced with situations like our baby crying and having gas, but with Auntie Shen’s attentive care, our anxiety was eased and we felt much more at ease. She was especially patient and attentive with the baby. When the baby had severe gas at night and could not sleep soundly lying flat, she often held the baby and stayed seated with them for more than half the night. In addition to caring for the baby, she was also very thoughtful toward Mom, preparing wellness drinks and a variety of nutritious meals every day. She also made many snacks—we especially highly recommend her fresh meat mooncakes and egg-yolk pastries! Before finishing her stay, Auntie Shen patiently explained the issues the baby might encounter afterward and how to handle them, which gave us more confidence after she left. We were truly very lucky to find Auntie Shen as our postpartum nanny! With her support, our first month—which otherwise might have been hectic and overwhelming—was much easier and calmer, and we were able to get good rest. We sincerely recommend Auntie Shen!

Yu Yang exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend her services as a truly excellent and immensely professional Yue Sao ("moon nanny"). We hired Yu Yang for six weeks in July 2026 to help us care for our newborn son and his postpartum recovering mother. We are a multi-cultural family living in the Washington DC area. I am the father, an American; and the mother is a Chinese citizen. Yu Yang has rich, extensive expertise in all aspects of newborn baby care. She orients all of her care around the first priorities of baby health, baby safety, and baby's earliest development. From helping the mother to feed the baby, to acclimating the baby to bottles and formula (if needed), to ensuring safe regular sleep, to promoting early baby playtime, and to helping ensure the baby bonds with his parents. Yu Yang smoothly blends traditional Chinese infant care practices with modern and western pediatrics. We felt confident that our first baby was well cared for at every moment. Yu Yang also provides expert care for the postpartum recovering mother. This included proper balanced nutrition through healthy meals, attention to mother's rest in the earliest days after hospital, and providing support, encouragement, and training on how to breastfeed a newborn baby. Yu Yang is also trained in body massage for new mothers to support milk production and prevent clogging and discomfort. Yu Yang is an excellent cook - specializing in a wide variety of healthy Chinese home-made meals. The meals were delicious an nutritious. There was enough variety to keep every day interesting. And Yu Yang has some very special dishes that she makes as occasional treats (delicious steamed cakes, handmade hun-tun dumplings, bao zi, and more.) Yu Yang is also a very kind person who is a dedicated and loving caregiver. Over the weeks, we felt Yu Yang became a part of our family. She genuinely made a safe, caring bond with our newborn son - keeping him safe and healthy, but also delighting in seeing him growth and change. She was very communicative with us as newborn parents - about schedules, meals, daily activities, purchasing needs, and payments/receipts. Yu Yang has a very positive attitude and an optimistic outlook. She really helped to encourage us as new parents and gave us perspective on how to approach our new life as a family. Before the service was up, Yu Yang made sure to teach us the key fundamentals of baby care - positions to hold the baby, nap times, feeding plans, diaper changes, playtime ideas, and more. Finally, I will share a few thoughts from my perspective as an American father who was working with a Yue Sao for the first time. I found Yu Yang to be very kind, patient, and adaptable to me. My Chinese language skills are good, but not perfect. Yu Yang was clear and articulate in speaking with me, willing to adapt to my language level. She also shared her perspectives on Chinese baby care, and was willing to listen and accommodate to my family's American baby care practices. It was very fun and enlightening to learn more about her wisdoms and traditions. I remember in those earliest days - when my wife was recovering in bed - Yu Yang and I made a good team around the house and on trips to the pediatrician to help care for our newborn boy.

After Sister Dang finished caring for our second child through the first month after birth, we kept her on as our childcare nanny for 2025–2026. Sister Dang has remained as reliable as ever—she is capable at childcare, cooking, and organizing. We have no grandparents or other family members helping us, so with Sister Dang here, we feel especially at ease when we travel for work, take our older child to and from activities, or take the older child out for competitions. She is one of the few postpartum/childcare nannies who can truly work independently. We can completely entrust the children to her. During this time, when our second child was sick or injured from a fall, Sister Dang personally took care of everything. Our second child is now two years old, and everyone says the child has been fed very well. In this mixed-quality market, Sister Dang is a reliable choice. In addition, Sister Dang has a very easygoing personality and communicates well; any issues can be raised with her directly. She is also very adaptable and proactive about noticing what needs to be done. In short, you definitely will not go wrong choosing Sister Dang.
