NannyFYI is an information platform connecting caregivers and families. We do not directly provide caregiving services and are not the employer, agent, or guarantor of either party.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and remain responsible for your account and submitted content. Impersonation and false information are prohibited.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, or other harmful conduct.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having rights to the content you submit.

Profiles, reviews, and communications are largely user-generated. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content. You are responsible for your own decisions and risk assessment.

The service may include third-party links or integrations. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NannyFYI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify NannyFYI for claims, damages, and expenses resulting from your violation of these terms or infringement of others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe there is a violation, security risk, or legal requirement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
