Sister Ying was responsible for caring for our baby boy born through surrogacy during his newborn confinement period. She was professional, attentive, and very caring. She was familiar with key newborn-care practices and scientifically cared for the baby’s feeding, burping, soothing to sleep, and umbilical-cord care. She closely monitored the baby’s jaundice, temperature, and bowel movements and promptly updated us on his condition. She was skilled at soothing newborn crying, helped the baby establish a regular routine, and also took time to teach us, as new parents, basic newborn-care techniques and how to understand the signals in the baby’s cries. We benefited greatly.
She also kept the mother-and-baby environment clean and disinfected and carefully managed the baby’s clothing and supplies. She was organized, communicated promptly, respected our parenting preferences, and patiently explained newborn-care knowledge. She had a calm, gentle personality and was kind and patient with the baby. Under her attentive care, the baby developed steadily. She was highly responsible, professional, and reliable—a childcare helper we could truly feel at ease with. We sincerely recommend her.

Childcare nanny review (Chinese, approximately 250 words)
During the time Auntie Ying cared for my 21-month-old son in our home, she was conscientious, responsible, loving, and patient. She was familiar with feeding and daily routines for toddlers this age, prepared complementary foods thoughtfully with attention to balanced nutrition, and encouraged him to feed himself independently. She regularly played early-learning games with him, read picture books, and took him on outdoor walks, proactively helping develop his gross motor skills and language expression. She also carefully observed changes in his emotions and comforted him promptly.
She did an excellent job building daily habits, consistently helping him wash his hands and practice toilet training, with close attention to hygiene. She was diligent, promptly washed and sanitized his clothes and toys, and kept the childcare area tidy. Communication was smooth: every day, she proactively updated us on his eating, sleeping, and bowel movements. When issues arose, she discussed them with us and respected our family’s childcare approach.
She has a gentle, steady personality, a strong sense of responsibility, and genuinely cares for children. Our son became very attached to her. During this period, he developed well both physically and emotionally. We highly recognize her work and sincerely recommend her to families in need.

We are a couple from Malaysia who traveled to Los Angeles to give birth. We were very fortunate to meet Xiaoying Huang and hired her to care for our premature twins. We cannot recommend her highly enough. From day one, she demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in caring for premature babies, which gave our whole family tremendous peace of mind.
She was extremely patient and attentive when feeding our twins, carefully following the doctor’s feeding schedule, monitoring their intake and weight changes, and keeping detailed records of their daily routines. She was also experienced in handling the specific needs of premature babies, including temperature regulation, infection prevention, diaper care, and gentle soothing. Even during difficult nights, she remained calm and patient, comforting both babies and helping them settle and sleep.
Beyond caring for the babies, Xiaoying also taught us how to properly feed, burp, and hold premature twins. She patiently guided us through essential home-care skills, which helped us feel much more confident about caring for the babies on our own. She was reliable, tidy, and considerate, and always respected our family’s routines and preferences.
Thanks to her dedicated care, our twins gained weight steadily and grew stronger and healthier. She gave us tremendous peace of mind during what could otherwise have been a very stressful period. We are truly grateful for everything she did for our family and would wholeheartedly recommend Xiaoying to any family looking for an experienced and caring nanny, especially those with premature twins.

She is a very caring nanny with extremely rich experience. She is skilled and methodical in caring for young babies. A crying baby becomes comfortable in her hands, and she also helped adjust the baby’s sleep schedule, so the baby slept very well. She took excellent care of me as a new mother, and her cooking and soups were so delicious. After my surgery, I used to feel like fainting every day around 6:00 p.m. because I had no strength. After having the meals she prepared to support my recovery, I felt much more energetic in just one week. I am very grateful to have met such a good nanny. Thank you.
She is gentle and kept working constantly in my home. I was so grateful for her help during that most difficult time.
My husband also said we were very lucky to find such a good postpartum nanny. One of my friends hired a postpartum nanny she was not satisfied with and felt very upset during her confinement period; it became a bad memory for life.
She never slacked off when feeding the baby in the middle of the night. My husband checked the records. We had always worried that if the nanny slept with the baby, she might forget the nighttime feeds. She truly put us at ease.
She also helped me organize piles of messy clothes and belongings neatly. As a first-time mother, I really did not know anything. She taught me so, so much—how to feed the baby, what positions are good for the baby, and what is good for my physical recovery. I learned a great deal.
