We booked a 60-day postpartum nanny service this time and were very fortunate to meet Auntie Ma, who was attentive and professional. The overall experience exceeded our expectations! Auntie Ma was highly experienced in caring for newborns. She handled daily feeding, burping, soothing the baby to sleep, infant massage, and more carefully and reliably. She patiently observed the baby’s condition and took excellent care of our very young baby. She also provided excellent care for me as a new mother, including breast-unblocking care, wound care, sponge baths, and facial care. She was thoughtful and considerate throughout, greatly easing my postpartum discomfort. Her cooking was excellent as well—the postpartum meals were well balanced and delicious, taking both nutrition and taste into account. She could truly be called a food expert. Auntie Ma has a gentle personality and is easy to communicate with. She works efficiently and diligently, notices what needs to be done, and never slacks off or shirks responsibility. She also proactively shared childcare experience, patiently taught us baby-care techniques, helped us organize our approach to parenting, and reduced the pressure on the whole family. The 60 days we spent together were warm and comfortable. I highly recommend her; families in need can choose her with confidence.
