Xuezhi Jia (贾学芝)

From August to October 2024, Ms. Jia provided two months of nanny services for our family, specifically caring for our newborn child, Maima. During this time, she demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism, responsibility, and care, providing us with tremendous help and support. Ms. Jia was exceptionally conscientious and responsible in her work, providing meticulous daily care for Maima, including feeding, bathing, infant massage, and scheduling. She not only ensured our child’s health and comfort, but also used her extensive experience and keen observation to help us, as first-time parents, resolve many of the questions and difficulties we encountered while caring for our child. Whenever we had questions, she was always able to provide clear, appropriate solutions grounded in professional knowledge. Our entire family was very satisfied with Ms. Jia’s service and deeply grateful for the help she provided during this important period. She is a trustworthy, professional, and caring nanny. Jia Ayi was really a dream yuesao. I had one before her that was terrible and needed someone to fill in asap. We got so lucky that she was available with such short notice. We had a very difficult daughter who cried the majority of the day and wouldn’t let anyone hold or handle her. Once Jia came, our daughter immediately felt comfortable with her. Jia immediately familiarized herself with our baby and learned what she liked and didn’t like and what her habits were and adapted to her needs. We also had things we wanted her to incorporate like total feeding amount per day and doing things with the baby during wake windows. After a month when our baby turned 5 months, we asked her to help with schedule training like feeding and sleeping at specific times throughout the day. She did and followed everything we asked for and never pushed back. The previous yuesao we had never listened and only argued with us so it was a huge relief to have someone like Jia who was flexible and understanding. Any time we would ask her what her thoughts are, she would give her opinion and experience, but also add that she would do whatever the parents wanted. This was really refreshing. Overall, we got really lucky to have gotten her. My other mom friends have had very poor experiences with their yuesao so we feel very blessed and grateful to have had Jia. She has never argued once with us and always adapted to what we wanted. She has a calming energy and we all felt very comfortable around her. Our baby now is amazing and we can finally enjoy being with her. We really owe it to Jia Ayi for helping our daughter and our family during the most trying times. I can confirm that Jia Ayi is very experienced and knows a lot about babies and can tailor needs accordingly to your and your babies needs

She proactively monitored unusual changes in our baby and reminded us and communicated with us promptly. When it came to the baby’s medication, she carefully confirmed the dosage and instructions for use to ensure the caregiving process was safe and accurate. During the baby’s postoperative care, she also provided very professional and detailed support, including wound care, daily observation, hygiene care, and patient soothing when the baby was uncomfortable or unsettled, helping the baby get through the recovery period smoothly. Aunt Jia’s extensive experience, professional caregiving abilities, and warm, responsible attitude gave us great peace of mind during the newborn stage. She is not only an excellent maternity caregiver, but also a trustworthy family care partner.
