I got to know Auntie Chen through a friend’s recommendation. After reviewing her resume and social media information, we chose her that same day. Now that our 42-day confinement period has ended, looking back, I feel very fortunate that we made that decisive choice. As a first-time parent family, what we cared about most was whether the auntie was professional in caring for the baby and whether she was willing to communicate and share her experience, and she did very well in all of these areas. Every day she carefully recorded the baby’s feeding, sleeping, and bowel and urine patterns, helping us understand the baby’s routine, and she would also adjust her care methods based on the baby’s condition. 宝宝出生以后，对我们来说是一段既幸福又充满挑战的时光。之前内心一直很忐忑，经常看到小红书上发避雷月嫂的文章。但幸运的是，出院到家以后我们遇到了非常优秀专业的陈阿姨。也很庆幸当初自己的选择，也很相信遇到也靠缘分。 这段时间只要宝宝一哭，她立马放下手里的活，洗手回应宝宝。喂奶、拍嗝、换尿布、安抚情绪，每一个环节都做得非常熟练、细致。她对宝宝状态的判断也很准确，常常一看就知道宝宝是饿了、困了，还是需要抱一抱，永远都是超级有耐心，能感受到她是发自内心的喜欢小宝宝，而不是仅仅当作一份工作。也从来不需要我们插手照顾宝宝，我们两个人可以彻底放松休息。 在日常护理方面，陈阿姨非常专业，时间也安排合理，每天上午都给宝宝做抚触操，动作轻柔又规范，宝宝在抚触时明显很放松。她也会和宝宝说话、互动，进行早教引导。洗澡和游泳的时间安排得井井有条，既注重安全，又让宝宝得到充分的活动，我跟爸爸只要在旁边负责拍照观看就行。而且宝宝的衣物全部都是陈阿姨主动要求亲自手洗的，她本身清洁和卫生要求很高，完全符合我这个自认为很洁癖的要求。 除了照顾宝宝，在生活上也给予了我和老公很大的照顾。让我觉得在家坐月子也是一件很享受的事，比去月子中心舒适。她会变着花样为准备一日三餐和点心，南方北方菜都很拿手！！！各种面点太符合我的胃口了！口味好做得精致又用心。我老公笑着说，我再也不用出去买甜品了[害羞R] 并且陈阿姨性格开朗、积极乐观。坐月子期间，我性格比较急躁，情绪波动比较大。但她总是用很温和的态度和我交流，分享自己以往的经验，但同时也很尊重我提的想法和要求，她的好心态，坚强乐观的心态真的在不知不觉中感染了我。 两个月的时间，在陈阿姨的細心照顾下，宝宝两个月也没有红过屁屁，也没有长过湿疹，宝宝的作息时间也很有规律，陈阿姨每天都坚持给宝宝早教互动，在阿姨的早教启蒙下，宝宝追视黑白卡和玩具很专注，看到自己喜欢的卡片和玩具都会笑😊 ，会咿呀呀的发音，互动的时候会给我们笑，抬头也挺好的，体重从出生6.9斤长到了现在11.5斤，把宝宝照顾的健康聪明可爱，白白胖胖，这都是陈阿姨的功劳，功不可没，同时也照顾着我们整个家庭。真心感谢她两个月的付出，也真想一直让阿姨留在我们家不要走啊啊啊啊（虽然知道现实不可能🤣）希望这样好的阿姨能有幸被更多孕妈妈遇到！！

陈阿姨在我家工作的两个月里，我们相处融洽，她为我们这对新手父母提供了极大的帮助。 阿姨精力充沛，手脚麻利。每天都哼着歌做饭，给家里带来了轻松愉快的氛围。她做家务井井有条，即使月嫂的任务繁琐复杂，她总能灵活安排，高效完成每一项任务。而且阿姨学习能力很强，对不同牌子的电器上手非常快，一教就会。她头脑灵活懂得变通，在做饭和养育方式上会尊重我们的想法。   阿姨对我现在纯母乳喂养贡献也蛮大，刚出院几天奶少并且因为哺乳姿势不对造成乳头皲裂出血。阿姨每天为我疏通乳腺、按摩，并教我各种喂奶姿势。在她的帮助下，宝宝很快就掌握了正确的含乳姿势，彻底解决了乳头皲裂的问题。让我有信心继续母乳喂养，前几周奶少，阿姨鼓励让宝宝多吸，换着花样做下奶汤，到了满月我基本实现母乳供需平衡。宝宝也吃得胖乎乎。我体会到请一个好的月嫂等于拥有住家泌乳顾问。 阿姨带新生儿特别有经验，对育儿和宝宝护理的知识很专业，和美国儿科医生说的基本一致。有一次宝宝有点红屁屁，阿姨立刻注意到，马上帮忙护理，红屁屁第二天就消失了。她每天坚持给宝宝洗脸，洗手，做被动操、排气操， 洗完澡做抚触操，手法又轻又熟练。 在宝宝早教启蒙方面，阿姨会说好多儿歌、唐诗，还有活泼可爱的婴幼儿手势舞，来促进宝宝的语言开发和手眼协调。她特别会和宝宝互动，宝宝还不到满月就被她逗得咯咯笑，特别可爱。 可能是因为做过很多年月嫂，阿姨对宝宝的呵护是下意识的。刚出院几天时有一次宝爸突然开灯，阿姨下意识用手挡住宝宝眼睛，防止被强光刺到。每次带宝宝去儿医体检，阿姨都会注重宝宝的感受，比如护士让我们把宝宝脱光放在操作台上等医生时，阿姨会用包被裹着宝宝等到医生来再打开，防止宝宝受凉。阿姨对宝宝很有耐心，有段时间宝宝溢奶很厉害，儿科医生建议喂完奶后抱一会儿，阿姨不管白天还是夜里都会耐心抱着宝宝好一阵。 阿姨自己有一套安抚宝宝的流程，她会判断宝宝是饿了，闹瞌睡，还是肠胀气。然后用不同应对方法安抚，不会一上来就塞安抚奶嘴。她抱孩子和哄孩子的架势一看就是有经验月嫂，有时候我们自己尝试哄睡失败把宝宝交给她，宝宝一到她怀里就很快安静下来，打呵欠犯瞌睡。而且她还帮宝宝调整规律作息，慢慢培养她晚上睡长觉。 还有，阿姨对美食非常有热情，烧肉，面点和煲汤样样在行。宝爸还时不时点新菜让阿姨做，阿姨每次都做得很好吃。导致我月子里吃太好减肥困难。我过生日时阿姨给我做了长寿面。宝爸休完产假复工时阿姨还会细心为他打包早餐和水果在公司吃。 缘分妙不可言！感谢陈阿姨的陪伴，让我们和宝宝快乐走过生命中最重要一段时光！她用她的专业、热情和爱心，让我们从手忙脚乱中迅速过渡到从容有序的状态。诚挚推荐陈阿姨，这位眼睛亮亮笑容温暖的“阳光天使”。
