There is no standard in the service industry. After hiring so many maternity nannies and infant-care nannies, I have concluded that what matters most is whether the nanny has a serious attitude and can effectively communicate and promptly correct differences between the employer and nanny—for example, cooking methods, differences between northern and southern tastes, and ways of caring for a child. Generally, if I say that I think something should be done a certain way, Sister Cheng will carefully improve it and even write it down in a notebook. Unless she genuinely feels that something is unsuitable, she will give me her suggestions. So I think she is very good. She also has many other skills; when she has free time, she gives me massages, and she sings quite well too. Later, when I encountered difficulties, Sister Cheng came to help without hesitation. I was truly, deeply moved. When my child is with her, I feel especially at ease, because she is honest, steady, and reliable in the way she works. 1.首先阿姨是半夜1点到我家，外公外婆一直等到半夜，还给她留的饺子。早上八点阿姨起床洗澡，正好宝宝拉臭臭，外婆让她出来要给宝宝洗屁屁，她就抱怨说洗澡时间20分钟不够用，其实阿姨在浴室里一直洗她从家庭旅馆带来的脏衣服，出来就用烘干机里烘干。 2.阿姨来的第二天就要用普拉提的绳子背着宝宝去遛弯，（没有经过雇主同意，擅自外出）外婆阻止她，让她用宝宝婴儿车推着宝宝出去，她态度非常不满非要用绳子背着宝宝，外婆强烈反对才作罢。 3.阿姨每天给宝宝喂奶，没有开瓶的水奶直接放到冰箱里，每次晚上睡觉先把水奶放在热奶器里，一热就是3-4个小时，水奶已经失去所有营养成分，导致宝宝第二天拉肚子。 4.因为阿姨是从国内刚过来，很多的育儿理念还是老套的方法，比如我家用的是红外线消毒器，所有洗完的奶瓶的瓶口向上，外婆跟她说明，她不但不照做，还一直强势的说在国内就是这样培训的，就要奶瓶扣着放。 5.阿姨是半夜来我家，到了以后就直接让她睡觉了，第二天早上8点开始正式开工，第三天早上8点下工，她竟然让外婆给她算两天工资，难道她在我家睡觉还要发工资吗？ 6.阿姨在离开雇主家的时候，正好外公遛两个小狗回来，坐在楼梯口给小狗擦脚，阿姨竟然诬陷外公不让她下楼。 7.面试的时候，阿姨说会给宝宝早教唱歌，互动，来了一天，不管白天晚上，有时间就玩手机，每天不唱歌反而用颤音哼哼，半夜听着跟鬼叫一样。 8.做饭的时候鸡蛋炒菠菜放了一大把花椒，可想而知其它评价有作假成分，月子餐也不可能放花椒炒菜，请大家明辨真伪！ 阿姨，我知道你在群里说雇主的坏话，说我家是靠不给阿姨工资发财。您做这个行业是每个不合您心意的雇主都要被你毒舌一顿吗？您来我家第一晚是睡觉并且我们留饭给你，然后你还怒斥我当晚没有给您工资？
