A friend recommended Sister Peng, and my family and I were all very happy to have the chance to hire her! Sister Peng has a wonderful personality—gentle, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. She took care of the baby very professionally and patiently. From daily feeding, burping, and soothing the baby to sleep, to infant massage exercises, tummy time practice, bathing, and washing the baby’s hair, everything was arranged properly, which gave us first-time parents a lot of peace of mind. She also put a lot of care into preparing my postpartum meals, making different dishes every day that were nutritious, healthy, and delicious, and very comfortable to eat. Sister Peng also has some knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine conditioning. She taught me many practical tips and even helped clear up the lymph node swelling I developed after getting the COVID vaccine. The whole experience of getting along with her was very pleasant and reassuring. I’m truly grateful for Sister Peng’s care and highly recommend her to all new moms! :)

这次请到彭姐真的非常幸运，整体体验非常满意。首先在专业护理方面，彭姐非常有经验，帮我做了通乳，缓解了月子期间的硬块问题。同时她也很注重宝宝的作息培养，从一开始就帮忙建立宝宝良好的睡眠习惯。在饮食方面也非常惊喜，做饭很好吃。只要食材准备好就能搭配出营养又好吃的月子餐，完全不需要我们去想做什么。偶尔提一些想吃的，她也都能做出来。而且她会根据我的身体恢复情况灵活调整饮食。宝宝护理也做得非常细致细致，每天都会给宝宝做抚触和运动，还会细心地剪指甲、洗鼻子，把宝宝照顾得干干净净、香香的，看着就很放心。满月的时候还特别用心地给宝宝做了满月蛋糕，很有仪式感，让人很感动。唯一的遗憾就是只订到了彭姐一个月的档期。真的觉得时间太短了，还没相处够就要结束了。

在2025年有缘找到了彭波阿姨做我们的月嫂并和阿姨同住相处了100多天。彭阿姨把宝宝从出生一直带到4个月，照顾的无微不至。阿姨专业度非常好，对照顾宝宝，照顾我的产后修护，饮食，喂奶，通乳等工作非常熟练和有经验。阿姨的情商也非常高，很好相处。我们在家每天都其乐融融。在阿姨的照顾下，我的恢复很好很快，我的宝宝更是每天都很开心，白白胖胖香喷喷。阿姨每天都帮宝宝做排气操和运动，于是我们都没有体验到所谓的二月闹。宝宝每天都吃得好睡得好。如果我以后再生宝宝，一定会第一时间再找彭阿姨！
