I attended my first birth when I was 19 and have attended many births over the years. I am just beginning my journey as a professional doula but have been passionate about supporting birthing mothers for over a decade. I am a current student of Psychology at Bastyr University. I am working to become a therapist and I have a passion for supporting women/birthing parents and familial bonding. My practice is grounded in science based approaches but am also open to alternative healing modalities. I encourage incorporating a sense of ceremony into our practice. My belief is that all women, non-binary, and trans individuals have the right to birth feeling empowered, supported, and honored. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages and enjoy supporting all growing families.
