Fee Details
Services include 1 prenatal visit, unlimited support via phone, text, or email, continuous support through labor and up to 2 hours following the delivery of your baby, and 1-2 postpartum visits, as well as a full gallery within 3 weeks of the birth.

Ashley is an amazing doula! She helped me through my first pregnancy and birth. I dealt with some uncommon health issues during my pregnancy and Ashley was able to figure out what was going on even before the doctors. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly encouraging and I am so grateful I had her with me at my birth! Even now, months after giving birth, Ashley is the person I text with all my questions. She is a fountain of knowledge and resources! I highly recommend choosing her as your doula! There is no one better!

Ashley is an incredible doula! Highly recommend!! This was our second birth and my husband and I both credit Ashley to helping us experience the birth as we had hoped! From helping us decide when interventions (such as cervical checks or ultrasounds to confirm position) would be helpful to pain management strategies to labor positions which helped our baby make his way out-it would not have gone as smoothly without having Ashley as our doula. Again, I highly highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend Ashley enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She is skilled in baby positioning, helping to ensure optimal alignment for a smoother labor process. Additionally she has a great understanding when it comes to tongue and lip ties and body work. Her expertise made a huge difference in my experience. Beyond her skills, she has a wonderful sense of humor that puts you at ease. Her passion for what she does is evident. Her ability to make complex topics understandable and approachable was so helpful. Ashley gave great guidance on how to help labor progress naturally and it was instrumental in achieving the birth experience we desired.

Ashley did an incredible job as my doula for the birth of our first son. She helped with coping with contractions (using the TENS unit, counterpressure) and gave lots of different ideas for positions to try to help labor progress. And there's the added bonus of her taking photos throughout the labor and delivery for memories to look back on. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula!

Ashley was my doula for the birth of our daughter (first baby!) in January of 2023!
The birth plan changed entirely, from beginning to end — from home birth, to hospital induction due to preeclampsia, eventually leading to a cesarean birth. Ashley helped provide education & resources, advocated for us throughout our time at the hospital, and encouraged us every step of the way. She came to the hospital with a backup plan (and a backup backup plan) that included all of our preferences, printed and laminated. She gave me labor positions to try, pain management tools and techniques, made sure I had my labor playlist going and candles lit, and so much more.
On top of being the biggest support person for my husband and I, she took some incredible pictures and videos that we will cherish forever. ??
I am so grateful to have had Ashley on our team!

Could not have wished for a better experience than working with Ashley / Alma Birth Doula for my first pregnancy! Ashley provided educational information and resources that helped me feel very prepared leading up to the due date. Once it was time, Ashley was pivotal during the actual birth process. She helped advocate for my wishes, educate me as decisions needed to be made, and lead my partner and I in different ways to help labor progress. I'm also extremely thankful for the photos she took of the birth experience - they will be a treasured memory. So thankful to have her support during the entire pregnancy and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a birth doula!

Ashley did an amazing job throughout my whole pregnacy, labor, and post labor. She was very knowledgeable and carefully went through what to expect, the decision we could make for my labor and baby, and created a plan that we could refer to in the hospital.
She was very encouraging and was calming through it all which kept me on focused on meeting my baby. Also her tens unit was a game changer! I would recommend to anyone who is pregnant especially if this is your first baby!
