Package includes: TWO Birth Preparedness Sessions: Open discussions, active listening and helpful informational resources will guide you to create your Birth plan and rehearse your labor. During labor I will accompany you the entire time; providing comfort measures and emotional support, Encouraging effective movement and optimal birth positioning, while supporting your instincts. I will strive to meet your needs and always respect your decisions. Once your baby is born, I can assist in baby's first breastfeeding and help facilitate your customized postpartum plan to help you adjust to your new bundle of joy! A postpartum meeting to debrief your birth, assist with baby basics and support your postpartum healing. I recognize families comes in all shapes and forms and my services are inclusive to ALL!
