My customizable packages include: Prenatal Support: 2–4 sessions (1.5–2 hours each) in-person or virtual. Communication Access: Unlimited text/phone/email support during office hours and 24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks for labor-related concerns. Postpartum Visits: 2–3 sessions (3 hours each), including a 72-hour post-birth follow-up.
