Fee Details
Two prenatal meetings, an hour to two hours each, starting at 30 weeks of pregnancy. Text and phone support from the time of first payment. Prenatal Fitness recommendations. Assistance researching and deciding on classes providers etc. Customized Birth Plans: Decide what birthing options work best for you. Discussion of common medical procedures. A copy of your birth plan for you, your care provider and one for Caitlin’s files. Birth Support: Continual support from the start of labor. TENS support & Machine Rental. Assistance in the immediate postpartum period, 1-2 hours after the birth. Guidance during the initiation of breast/chest feeding. Assistance with handling the birth environment; Hospital, Birth Center or Home. Text Support throughout the immediate postpartum period Backup Doula in case of personal emergency 6 Week and 12 Week Postpartum check ins Postpartum fitness recommendations

Caitlin was an incredible support during the birth of our first baby and son. From the moment Anala's water broke early on July 23rd, she was there guiding us through every step. Her expertise and calm presence were invaluable, especially as we navigated difficult moments like managing contractions, adjusting positions, and making decisions about our care. Caitlin anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, and her guidance helped us avoid a C-section and achieve the birth we wanted. We couldn’t have done it without her, and we’re so grateful for her unwavering support.

Caitlin was an incredible doula! From the first time we meet she made sure my husband and I were well informed. When I went into labor almost 6 weeks early she came right to the hospital and supported us through all the unplanned moments and more. Caitlin was kind, thoughtful, and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to support you and your partner through the beautiful but intimidating process for pregnancy and labor.
