Nikita, the President of DMV Birth Doulas, leverages her extensive education, clinical experience, and industry expertise to strategically train and empower doulas while expanding maternal health opportunities across the DMV region. As a visionary entrepreneur, she has developed a dynamic business model that integrates her midwifery practice with a comprehensive doula training and placement pipeline. Her model is designed to cultivate highly skilled, professional doulas who are not only trained under her guidance but also positioned to serve within her doula agency. These doulas provide exceptional support to clients across all birthing environments—including home births, birth centers, and hospitals. In addition to leading operations, Nikita remains actively engaged as a clinical advisor, offering expert insight and consultation to hospital-based doula clients when requested. Her integrated approach ensures continuity of care, professional excellence, and the elevation of perinatal support services throughout the communities she serves.
