Sarah is everything you would want in a Doula. I would definitely hire her again and refer her to a friend. She is Amazing!

I found Sarah on a St. Louis mom's group and asked her to be our doula, even though I knew nothing about her. I honestly worried big time afterwards about how qualified she'd be. But thankfully, she turned out to be even better than our first doula who was unable to assist with my second birth. When my OB seemed impatient, I immediately felt defeated and was afraid I'd be forced to take pitocin. She wouldn't allow me to stay in a negative mental space though. She got me moving. We switched positions regularly. She applied counter pressure during rough contractions and soothing touch to redirect my attention and keep me from recognizing my own discomfort. She was so calm and patient. Everything about her was soothing. I honestly couldn't have done it without her. She is the very best at what she does and I'd recommend her to everyone.
