I am so thankful for Maritza, she truly exceeded any expectations we had. She anticipated every need both my husband and I had in the time leading up to birth and during delivery. For as chaotic and fast paced as labor and delivery can be, Maritza made me feel so emotionally grounded and comforted.

Maritza was a wonderful doula and provided emotional and physical support during my c-section birth. It was great to have someone in the operating and post partum rooms who was solely focused on myself and my husband. She also helped to keep my mother updated throughout the birth, which was a big help and allowed my husband to focus on just myself and our baby. Maritza was calm and caring and I would recommend her to other expectant moms.

Maritza was a godsend throughout my pregnancy and especially during labor and delivery. She provided exactly what I needed when I needed it. I’m so grateful for all of the tools and tricks she had in her doula bag to make my labor more manageable. I really loved that she was able to coach my husband through a lot of the strategies so that he could be the one holding me when I needed it. She really taught me to trust my body and my decisions throughout my labor. And when I had to make some tough medical decisions I was glad she was there to reassure me that any decisions I made would be the right ones for me. If I had to do it all again I would definitely want her there with me!

As a first-time mom, you definitely don't know what to expect in labor, although having Maritza as my Doula definitely make the difference. My experience was incredible and without words, she was the best thing ever happened in my labor. She always encourages me to continue, give me extra support, ask me all the time what I need, if I was doing okay and many other things that a mom need on the special day. Next baby I will for sure contact a Doula service, and If Maritza if available will be her for SURE. She is the best!
