1.躺着挣钱，根本不考虑雇主切身利益和需求，能把坏人说成好人。介绍的阿姨绝大部分都在黑名单上面。
2.没有立场，当雇主和阿姨发生矛盾的时候不从中调和，助纣为虐，任阿姨撒泼耍混(三方视频面对面也无作为)。
3.偏听偏信拉偏架，听信阿姨一面之词。一味心疼阿姨。觉得阿姨太劳累，并要求雇主给阿姨说对不起，觉得阿姨受委屈了。
4.人力资源匮乏，居然给雇主家介绍95年的马来西亚小女生来照顾4个月大的宝宝，为了收取中介费不择手段。要不就是60岁窜改年纪睡觉打呼的老阿姨，精力匮乏，何担重任?
