Overall, the experience was not ideal.
There were clear problems with emotional management, communication style, and professional boundaries, which actually increased psychological stress for a postpartum family. As a service role that requires a high degree of patience and professionalism, there were multiple instances of poor communication and a blunt attitude during the job, and no reasonable adjustments were made based on the mother’s stage of physical recovery.
Although there were no major mistakes in caring for the baby, the overall service quality still fell far short of the professional standard expected of a postpartum nanny.
I do not recommend her to families who need emotional support and a stable caregiving environment after childbirth.

非常感谢张阿姨这一个月以来对我和宝宝无微不至的照顾。张阿姨是一位非常有责任心、又十分好相处的神仙月嫂。
阿姨每天为我准备营养均衡、美味可口的月子餐，还搭配各种养生的月子水和药膳汤，帮助我调理身体、恢复元气。她也会根据我恶露的情况及时调整膳食方案。阿姨还会细心熬制艾叶姜水，安排我泡脚、洗头、擦身，大大缓解了我的失眠和头痛症状。
在照顾宝宝方面，张阿姨同样细致入微。宝宝每次便便后，她都会认真清洗小屁股，细心呵护宝宝的皮肤，防止红屁屁发生。每次换尿布、喂奶时，阿姨都会一边轻声说话或者唱歌安抚宝宝，喂完奶还会坚持竖抱二十分钟，帮助宝宝消化、防止吐奶。宝宝有时胀气不舒服，阿姨会立刻为他做抚触、揉肚子和排气操，帮助他缓解不适。每次看到宝宝安然入睡，我们都觉得收获了一个乖巧的天使宝宝。
阿姨非常注重卫生，自从她来了以后，厨房每天都保持得干净整洁。每次带宝宝外出看医生，她总会提前准备好所需用品，考虑得十分周到。即使前一天再累，第二天清晨，厨房里依旧传来她轻哼的歌声与早餐的香气。张阿姨在空闲时还会陪大宝玩耍，有时候还会特地为他煲适合孩子喝的汤。
在阿姨的悉心照料下，我这个月不但奶水充足，情绪也一直很稳定，完全没有像第一胎时那样出现产后抑郁的情况。体重偏轻的早产宝宝也很快追上体重。
总之，张阿姨用她的专业、耐心和爱心，让我们的月子生活变得温馨、轻松。我和全家人都非常感谢她，真心推荐给需要月嫂的家庭。

张阿姨性格非常开朗，是真心喜欢小朋友。每天带宝宝都会跟宝宝交流，唱歌虽然是月子里的宝宝但我觉得是可以让宝宝感受到稳定的情绪。出院当晚就把张阿姨叫过来了，阿姨一直怕打扰我们好像一整晚都没叫我,有问题都自己解决了。张阿姨还会每天认真的做笔记，抚触，排气操，每天喂奶量，每次的时间都认认真真的做笔记，我月子期间住了两次院，都是张阿姨自己在家帮我带宝宝，宝宝带着非常好。
