Highly recommend Sister Ping! She is very experienced and reliable, especially skilled in caring for premature newborns. She was very professional with feeding, burping, soothing the baby to sleep, and monitoring the baby’s condition. For first-time parents, having her there really gives a lot of peace of mind. There was one time when the baby choked on milk in the middle of the night, and Sister Ping reacted immediately and handled it. In the end, everything was fine, and it truly made us realize how important an experienced maternity nanny is. We are especially grateful that she was willing to fly from California to New York! So thankful..... She was not only attentive with the baby, but also cooked very good postpartum meals. She is very knowledgeable about postpartum recovery, Chinese herbal food therapy, and medicinal baths. She would also patiently teach us baby care skills like bathing, changing diapers, and burping.
