We were very lucky to meet Auntie Ma. She is a professional, conscientious, responsible, and very caring maternity matron. The whole experience felt very reassuring. Not only did she take excellent care of the baby, but she also helped the mother recover very well physically and emotionally during the postpartum period. Most valuable of all, Auntie Ma didn’t just help care for the baby—she taught us how to care for the baby too, so that after she finished her service, we were able to take over smoothly. We are truly very grateful! Auntie Ma was especially careful, patient, and genuinely kind to the baby. She helped the baby gradually establish a regular routine, especially with nighttime sleep and feeding times, which she adjusted very well. The baby developed good habits, and nighttime sleep became more and more stable. Auntie Ma was also extremely diligent with the baby’s care. For example, every time she washed the baby’s bottom, she insisted on rinsing with running water, cleaning very thoroughly, and took excellent care of the diaper area so there was no diaper rash. When washing the baby’s hair, she covered the ears to prevent water from getting in. As first-time parents, we felt very reassured. Auntie Ma took great care of the mother as well, and her cooking was delicious! Her regular meals had a good balance of meat and vegetables and were very nutritious, and the snacks were varied, so the mother ate very happily—there was baked milk, pumpkin cakes, banana bread, stewed bird’s nest, and so on. In addition, Auntie Ma patiently taught breastfeeding positions and methods, even better than the hospital nurses! Two months postpartum, the mother developed mastitis, and Auntie Ma helped relieve the milk blockage. Her technique was professional and very effective, and the mastitis was resolved quickly. She was truly a huge help! Most importantly, before Auntie Ma finished her service, she taught us hands-on all the key baby-care skills, such as feeding, burping, soothing to sleep, bathing, and so on. We gradually went from being flustered at the beginning to becoming more confident. After she left, we were also able to transition relatively smoothly, and both the adults and the baby avoided a lot of hardship. We sincerely recommend Auntie Ma. She is professional, reliable, responsible, and someone who truly loves babies from the heart. If we have a second child, we will definitely hire Auntie Ma again!

我们家通过朋友介绍请到了马阿姨作月嫂。这是我们的第一胎，我们请了马阿姨52天，她非常专业，周到，不仅把宝宝照顾得很好，也教给了我们很多护理新生儿的知识。 马阿姨照顾新生儿手法非常熟练，喂奶，拍嗝，洗澡，洗屁屁，黄疸观察，作息安排，追视，tummy time, 等等都非常到位。宝宝第一天到家我们手忙脚乱，马阿姨来了以后作息生活很快走上正轨。宝宝吃奶睡觉很快都有了很大提升。马阿姨对产妇的照顾也很用心，尊重我们吃东西的喜好，同时注重营养搭配。马阿姨特别擅长特种面食 - 面条，饺子，抄手，馒头，花卷，驴打滚等等都可以信手拈来。走之前，马阿姨还准备了很多面食给我们在冰箱里吃，怕我们自己开始带娃做饭时间不够。 马阿姨性格温和，相处起来非常容易。我和老公都很喜欢她。我们也把她推荐给了身边的朋友。马阿姨档期经常排得很满，但如果能约上，真的很幸运！
