I found Wendy through my previous doula. Although, I paid her for helping me, I felt like I got a forever friend out of it. When we first talked on the phone, I felt like we clicked instantly. She took Bradley Classes with me and through there, I also found community. She was there to help ease my anxieties and did yoga with me to help out back pain. She did research for me when I was concerned about something. When I actually gave birth to my precious baby boy, she was there through the toughest part. She did pressure points, brought my mom to see me give birth, she thought of the things I didn't think to do, she was there for me in the tub when my husband had to step out. She's literally the best. If you want a doula, that's willing to give you 110 percent, she's the one for you. If I have another baby, I'll move States just to have her again! Haha, but in all seriousness, she's the best. 10/100000. My family and I love her so much.

I cannot say enough about how awesome this woman is. I had the pleasure of Wendy being my prenatal, birth and postpartum doula. Throughout prenatal Wendy listened very intently to my birth preferences and fears. Knowing thorough desire for knowledge she provided me with the best advice and resources to further educate myself. Wendy is a very personable and professional doula, and always made herself available for me whether by talking on the phone, text messaging or emailing. Wendy loves being a doula and really invests herself with her momma's. She was also very involved with my husband and answering all his questions. Wendy never came in as if to "take over", she was there for support. My birth experience was magical. Early Labor began Monday and our baby was delivered at 5:07 Wednesday morning. Throughout the pregnancy and labor repeatedly advised me to not rush to the hospital at the first pains of labor, to labor at home as much as possible, and I am so glad I heeded her advice. I was so comfortable (well, as comfortable as labor can be ??). Tuesday my labor pains were increasing in intensity and I was having some uncomfortable tailbone pain. Wendy advised me to go to my chiro at 4pm and that night Wendy helped my husband and I do the Miles Circuit (help position the baby optimally). At 3:40am, we all went to the hospital to deliver our baby. When we got to delivery room, Wendy was by my head, encouraging me and letting me grip and hold onto her while my husband was preparing to catch our baby. I delivered my baby within 45 min of arriving at the hospital (no medical interventions needed). Wendy was so wonderful and took some photos of the labor and those are some of the best photos on my phone reel: raw, personal, and beautiful. For postpartum care she was very attentive to me and my husband. Having her around helped ease our mind for taking care of our baby.

Wendy was amazing in so many ways! She was not only there for me before, during and after the birth of my second child, She was also an amazing support to my husband and our mothers in the delivery room! She was so thoughtful and caring to my nurses knowing how exhausting their job is and brought them thank you a and snacks. She helped my husband be a little more at ease when feeling stressed about me having a VBAC. To be 100% honest without her knowledge of different techniques during a difficult labor I may have not been able to have the strength to deliver my baby vaginally which was so important to me to have that experience after an emergency c-section with my first. I could go on and on and on and on with the ways Wendy helped my family and I during pregnancy and birth.   And she is such a wonderful person who is down to earth and funny as all heck! I can never thank her enough. And I am so thankful  for her and for having this wonderful friend in my life now!

I met Wendy several years ago at a local yoga class. She was the instructor, and after the first class I knew her style of teaching was exactly what I needed. Her personality is terrific, and she is so much fun to be around. To date, her class is the only one I've ever attended religiously. In 2016 Wendy was just starting to practice as a doula after taking a break for several years. When I became pregnant with my daughter, I knew I wanted her to be our doula. Throughout my pregnancy she was always available for questions, and offered advice regularity. She also provided me with several resources (books, videos, etc,) that were extremely helpful. When I went into labor, she made her way to the hospital and began offering support immediately. Even though my husband and I attended birthing classes together, and we felt prepared, it seemed he really did not know the best way to help in certain situations. Wendy really took over and was the support I needed. She was there the entire time. Although things did not necessary go as planned, the birth was exactly the way it should have been. Wendy contained to provide support after birth, specifically around breastfeeding. There are really no words to describe how thankful I am that Wendy came into our lives. As I mentioned before, her personality and attitude are terrific, and she was such an important part of my pregnancy and birth story.

Wendy made all of the difference between my two natural births. She was attentive, caring, compassionate and HILARIOUS! I appreciated her thoughtful gestures before labor, during labor, and even after labor. She just seemed to know what I need without me having to ask. Her being there allowed my body to be at ease and to do what it was made to do: birth my baby.
