  1. 带宝宝去公园的两个小时里，你长时间一个人坐在板凳上打私人电话，任由一个不到1岁半的孩子独自在游乐设施周围活动。中途孩子摔倒全然不知，还得靠邻居家长发现。
  
  2. 在公园割草时，根本不考虑割草车的轰鸣声会对宝宝听力造成伤害及周围环境的脏乱。持续让宝宝暴露在这样的环境中，他人劝说亦无动于衷！

  1. Highly repetitive in making baby's meals and refuses to learn even when we send her new recipes.
  2. Has very little patience with our baby and cannot control her emotions. She has lost control of her emotions in front of our baby and shouted at him. At this point, she is completely unqualified to be a childcare provider.
  3. Spends a lot of time putting on makeup and getting dressed when taking the baby out, so our baby often has to wait an hour before leaving the house.
  4. She hardly ever actively reads books or even participates in play interactions, she just sits there and looks at her phone.
  5. Very impatient with our dog and even acted like she was going to hit the dog in front of the baby on one occasion.
  6. Poor hygiene habits. She never tidied up her room and found food scraps all over the mattress after we kicked her out.

  2019年10月，通过同事介绍，我雇佣了辉姐来照顾我的宝宝。这位阿姨展现出非常专业和尽职的态度。她对宝宝的照顾非常细心，而且我们的宝宝是在37周出生，肠绞痛问题比较严重，但阿姨却一直尽心尽力，没有抱怨，并且表现出很高的耐心。与家人相处的时间也非常愉快，她做饭非常好吃，做事也很利索。
  整个78天的经历非常愉快，全家人都非常喜欢她。在那之后的多年里，我们一直保持联系，并且我还向她推荐了一些朋友。
  
  October 2019, through a colleague's recommendation, I hired Sister Hui to take care of my baby. This auntie showed a very professional and diligent attitude. She took great care of my baby and showed exceptional attentiveness, especially considering our baby was born at 37 weeks and had severe colic. Despite the challenges, she put her heart and soul into her work, without any complaints, and displayed remarkable patience. The time spent with her and my family was delightful, as she cooked delicious meals and efficiently handled tasks.

  Terrible. Stay away!!!!! I wanna give her negative stars if I could.
  
  First of all, she injured my baby and went to ER on day 4. She put my baby on the bed and left unattended. My baby rolled off the bed and injured his head.
  
  At ER, my friend dropped by and brought me some food. While I was feeding the baby, she ate the food right in front of me without even asking.
  
  
  She was trying to jack up the price after 3 days working for me. Asking for double the amount for Halloween.
  
  She could not get my baby to sleep and wouldn’t even really try. Complained about the baby being not easy Every. Single. Day. So I ended up having to put my baby to sleep myself, which is 1/3 of the work of taking care of a baby. Then one day, I went to put the baby to sleep during lunch time. She cooked and ate by herself first and left the leftover uncovered on the table for me. She didn’t even eat from a separate plate, nor left me enough food.
