大家好，我是温静（Jing Wen），是一名专业的产后导乐（Postpartum Doula）和新生儿护理人员，拥有 5年产后及新生儿护理经验。 我持有 ADA认证产后导乐证书及亚洲导乐师联盟认证，并已完成健康体检及相关背景调查。2014年开始在美国生活，可以使用普通话以及简单英语与家庭沟通。 在工作中，我主要为产后妈妈和新生宝宝提供一对一的专业照护，包括新生儿喂养、拍嗝、洗澡、脐带护理、黄疸观察、睡眠与作息培养等；同时协助妈妈进行产后恢复、母乳喂养及乳房基础护理。我也可以根据妈妈的身体情况和饮食习惯制作营养月子餐，帮助妈妈更好地休息和恢复。 我非常喜欢宝宝，也理解新手父母在宝宝刚出生时的辛苦和焦虑。我希望不仅把宝宝照顾好，也能让妈妈真正得到休息，并帮助爸爸妈妈逐渐建立照顾宝宝的信心。 我做事认真、有责任心，注重卫生、安全以及与家庭之间的沟通。每个宝宝和家庭的需求都不同，我会尊重家长的育儿方式和生活习惯，尽力为妈妈和宝宝提供温暖、安心、可靠的产后陪伴。 期待有机会认识您和您的宝宝！ Hello! My name is Jing Wen, and I am an experienced Postpartum Doula and Newborn Caregiver with 5 years of hands-on experience caring for postpartum mothers and newborn babies. I am an ADA-certified Postpartum Doula and certified by the Asian Doula Alliance. I have also completed health screening and background checks. I have lived in the United States since 2014 and speak Mandarin Chinese, with basic conversational English. My experience includes newborn feeding and burping, bathing, diapering, umbilical cord care, jaundice observation, establishing healthy routines, and general newborn care. I also support mothers with postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, basic breast care, emotional support, and nutritious postpartum meal preparation. I truly enjoy caring for newborns and understand how important rest and support are for new parents. My goal is not only to provide attentive and loving care for the baby, but also to help the mother recover comfortably and give parents greater confidence in caring for their newborn. I am responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and attentive to hygiene and safety.
