We’ve been so blessed to have Auntie Chen help take care of me and our newborn right after we came home from the hospital. From the very first day, she brought this amazing sense of calm and confidence that we didn’t even know we needed. As brand-new parents trying to figure everything out while running on no sleep, her warmth, experience, and gentle strength made all the difference. She was so wonderful that we ended up asking her to stay until our baby’s first birthday!
It’s honestly hard to know how good someone is until you’ve had something to compare to. After trying another nanny, we realized just how special Auntie Chen truly is. She cares for our baby with so much love, patience, and intuition — every diaper change, bath, and middle-of-the-night feeding was done with such gentleness and care. Our baby absolutely adores her, always smiling, cooing, and even starting to “talk” early. She’s always chatting and singing to the baby, and to our amazement, we heard “Mama” at just five months old!
Auntie Chen didn’t just take care of the baby — she took care of me too. She made sure I ate well, stayed hydrated, and got real rest. When I had baby blues, she would always find ways to lift my spirits — whether through comforting words, laughter, or just quietly being there when I needed support. And when I had painful clogged ducts, she knew exactly how to help — using gentle massage and smart techniques to relieve the pain and get me through it.
And her cooking — oh my gosh — every meal was not only delicious but also nourishing and thoughtful. You can tell she puts her heart into everything she does. She’s also so easy to communicate with. She always listens, respects my opinions, and never makes me feel judged — just supported, like a trusted friend or family member.
What we love most about her is the person she is — kind, humble, respectful, hardworking, and full of warmth. We’ve had so many heart-to-heart talks during those quiet postpartum days, and she made me feel seen, comforted, and understood.
Over time, Auntie Chen has truly become part of our family, and I already know I’ll be heartbroken when it’s time for her to go. It’s rare to meet someone who walks into your home during such a vulnerable time and leaves such a deep mark on your heart — but that’s exactly what she did.
Any family who gets to have Auntie Chen in their lives will be so lucky. We’ll always be grateful for everything she’s done for us and for the love she’s poured into our little family.

冬姐是真心爱孩子的月嫂，对宝宝的照顾既细致又有经验。无论是黄疸、湿疹，还是红屁屁等常见问题，她都能及时发现并妥善处理，让人非常安心。在我刚生完、出现生理性涨奶却奶水排不出来的时候，冬姐用专业的手法帮我按摩开奶，缓解胀痛，避免了堵奶引发的乳腺炎，让我顺利度过哺乳初期的难关。她的厨艺也非常好，做饭清淡可口又富有营养，一日三餐搭配合理，还有每日甜点，既照顾了我的口味，也兼顾了身体恢复所需的营养。冬姐的专业、细心和耐心，让整个月子期间我感到非常安心和幸福，是非常值得信赖的好帮手。
