Tiffaney was invaluable during not only the labour and delivery of our son, but throughout my entire pregnancy with him. Her approach is grounding, supportive, sensitive, and informative. I looked forward to all of our prenatal appointments as touchstones of preparation, connection, learning, and joy. My labour and delivery was no different and I truly cannot imagine what my journey might have looked like without Tiffaney - she guided me in ways I did not even know I needed and I will forever be grateful!

My husband and I looked for a long time for a Doula that we matched well with and almost gave up until we stumbled upon Tiffaney!She exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful for her support.We were looking for someone that could read the room well and adapt to my needs, as I’m very much the logical type, it was hard to find a doula that understood that sometimes I just need someone to tell me like it is! We instantly had a good feeling when we met with her before hiring that she was the one.With this being our first baby we didn’t know what to expect and Tiffaney put any fears or anxieties we had to rest.Although our birth story wasn’t how we expected, Tiffaney was there to support us through every step of the way. Her communication was immensely valued and her ability to understand my needs before I could articulate them was something my husband and I admired!! We shared laughs and tears and I wouldn’t change the experience for anything.

Tiffaney was available and helped my partner and I to have conversations about the birth, our expectations, our fears, etc. I liked the pre birth meetings, they were helpful to make me feel more prepared, as much as one can be for a first birth. The night of the birth, Tiffaney helped me on the phone when I called her and she was quickly available to meet me at my house. It was helpful to have her during the birth, she and my partner were both there to help me.
I liked the availability of Tiffaney after the birth. She was available on the phone and by text, which helped me with doubts and questions, but also with the emotional components of a post partum. Overall, a very good experience with Tiffaney, she is a very nice, kind and non judgmental person.

As first time parents, and myself as the recipient of an induction (and eventual emergency c-section), we felt completely supported by Tiffaney throughout our challenging labour. As we reflect, we are grateful for Tiffaney’s calm presence and logical guidance - we couldn’t have done it without her.
Not only did she enrich our birth experience beyond our expectations, Tiffaney continues to support us in our postpartum journey. We are thankful for her availability, both physically and emotionally, as we experience the 4th trimester & beyond.

I couldn't imagine not having Tiffaney involved in our home birth! She was very intuitive as I progressed through labor and was excellent in supporting both me and my partner as things "heated up". I would highly recommend using her for post partum care as navigating the world with a new baby can be scary and overwhelming! She is full of helpful advice and her calming presence would be beneficial to all types of people. She was quick to answer any questions I had through the prenatal period and if she wasn't sure she quickly accessed her pool of resources to gather information. If you are on the fence about hiring a doula for your birth, here is your sign to go for it!

About three weeks ago I was able to make a dream of mine come true and have a home birth. I am not exaggerating when I say this would not have happened without the help of Tiffaney the Doula. I cannot believe how intuitive this woman is when it comes to supporting someone through labour. We only met twice before my birth (as a third time mama I didn’t have a lot of questions) and she listened to everything I said so intently that she knew EXACTLY what I needed from her.
She stayed with me when my midwife left because my labour hadn’t progressed enough yet. She coached me through every single contraction, always suggesting things to help me cope without pushing me too hard. I felt like I was able to let go of all conscious thought and just focus on my body because I had her there to think for me. She knew I was beyond exhausted from my pregnancy and had already given up the idea I would be able to have a drug free birth, but somehow helped me find it within myself to persevere. And thank god she was there when I started pushing because my midwife was in the bathroom peeing while my baby’s head was born LOL!
I am forever grateful to her. This was the first time in my three births I have felt fully 100% supported by someone. I urge anyone looking for labour or postpartum support to reach out to her for a meet and greet! She really is the most lovely human.

Tiffaney! Meeting you is such a blessing to my entire pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I had my redemptive natural and unmedicated birth after a traumatic emergency CS. In order to prepare for this birth, I knew I needed support and a voice of reasoning beyond my husband, and Tiffaney was just the right fit. So many interventions were planned as I was considered high risk, but every of those fears,Tiffaney helped me work through them.Her presence during the delivery was everything and more. I doubted myself so often, and she was right through every surge/contraction constantly reminding me I was made for this.I'm so thankful that you came along side and helped me achieve the birth of my dream.This is not goodbye, and I'd 100 percent recommend you to anyone looking for a doula to achieve the birth of their dreams.

Tiffaney was a great support person to both my husband and I during my labour/delivery. I really appreciated her knowledge during the whole process including during our prenatal and postpartum visits. She had many helpful coping suggestions. I also appreciated her calmness and encouragement as everything unfolded.
We would definitely use Tiffaney again and recommend her to our friends/family.

She was present and made sure my husband and I never felt alone throughout the process. She is an amazing Doula :).

Tiffaney was an amazing Doula! She was very personable and genuine from the beginning. As this was my first birth I was very nervous and felt totally unprepared, Tiffaney was always there with positive reinforcement and encouragement for me and my bf throughout the whole pregnancy, by the time my daughter came I felt very prepared and totally supported!
She was always available for any questions or concerns I had at any point during my whole pregnancy. I felt completely comfortable talking with her about any of my mental or physical issues that I was experiencing and she was completely able to ease my mind and help me cope. She also was able to provide me with lots of information and new sources of info to read which was really helpful.I appreciate that I always felt like a priority with Tiffaney and never felt like an inconvenience. She even came to my baby classes with me to help support me which was absolutely amazing! Even though I had a planned c-section birth Tiff was at the hospital with me and my boyfriend helping us stay calm and reassuring us both with positive and encouraging words that we were going to be okay. I cannot stress enough how amazing she was!
After the birth Tiffaney was also amazing, she continues to check in with me to make sure we are still doing well which really shows that she cares about us and our well being. I know that we would always have her continued support if needed. Tiffaney had such a professional demeanour and her knowledge about pregnancy related issues was amazing. I am so glad Tiffaney was my doula, I could not be the mom I am today without her help.
