I was looking to have an all natural birth for my second baby. My first was a vaginal delivery, but in the hospital I was pressured to get an epidural. I experienced a lot of pain in the spot of the epidural for over a year. For my second birth I was not able to afford to have a midwife or delivery at a birth center, so I called the hospital that I was going to deliver at; this is how I met Erica. Erica helped me during my third trimester and although I did not have her the other 2 trimesters, she helped bring me to the finish line! She helped encourage my husband and I, gave us wisdom on natural supplements and techniques to help me have the best labor possible. When it came time to deliver I was very encouraged and confident because Erica helped me prepare a lot. She was a huge help post delivery by helping us get settled in the hospital. Erica offered placenta encapsulation services ; which I initially was on the fence about, but now can say I am so glad that she offered (they've helped with my anemia). Erica even came to our home postpartum and provided lots of t.l.c. and support. We are so grateful that she came into our path and she will always be in our hearts. She helped give me the support and strength to have the natural birth we wanted. I healed very well with no tearing which I was nervous about because my first birth I tore. Thank you Erica for blessing our family with strength, love, and encouragement!

Erica was so incredible and perfect for our birth team! Not only did she provide support for my entire 62 hour labor, she cared for my husband's needs as well. She was so patient and helped me through every contraction. She was also professional when we transferred to a hospital setting and stayed overnight with us. I am so thankful we had Erica by our side for this birth experience and for our pre & postnatal visits. I will definitely be contacting her for future babies and recommending her services to anyone looking for a doula!
