We had a great experience with Elisha! She was so supportive and had such a warm and kind energy about her. We were looking for a feminine energy to bring into our birth space, and she truly embodied that. She was calm and understanding, knew just when to add in suggestions or gentle touch. If you’re on the fence about getting a doula for your labor and birth experience, dive in, book it with Elisha. She is the whole package!

Working with Elisha was magical! Having the support of a doula is so much more than just the physical support during labor. Elisha was with me throughout my entire pregnancy and birth journey. After struggling through 4 losses I was vulnerable in my pregnancy and needed emotional support and guidance. I decided to find a doula and after chatting with Elisha for almost 2 hours I feel in love with her energy. She was so open and supportive right away and during my entire pregnancy we chatted when I needed to and got together to prepare for the labor and birth. Elisha practiced positioning with me, she offered massage/counter pressure/rebozo sifting and pressure release. During my labor she was the feminine support I needed. She was there as soon as I called her, she helped me in every way I needed and even took pictures! I highly recommend reaching out to Elisha if you are pregnant. Having a doula at your birth makes all the difference in the world.

Elisha’s compassion, empathy, and commitment to fulfilling the vision of what we wanted our birth story to be was evident in the first several minutes of our initial meeting. With her follow up visits, Elisha made sure to get to know us as people so that her approach matched our desire for the space.
When the day came, Elisha was beyond prepared, offering her support through constant physical touch to assist with relieving pressure, words of affirmation to keep spirits up, and managing to capture photos that we will cherish forever. Her stamina was incredible, not leaving our side for the entirety of our stay at the birth center, an incredible fifteen and a half hours. Even the attending midwives commented on her devotion to our care.
I cannot imagine what this experience would have been for us without Elisha, and I strongly recommend her services for all parents on this journey.

I knew that giving birth would be an intense and intimate experience, and I wanted a doula that I could trust to be fully present with me in my most vulnerable moments. I found this in Elisha. Not only did I feel completely comfortable expressing myself to her, but she really took the time to listen to the heart of me and what I desired for this birth. My labor/delivery ended up being a 22 hour marathon, and the battle of my lifetime (to say the least). Elisha was there with me through it all. Although my memory of the birth itself is a bit blurry, I can clearly recall Elisha’s loving presence by my side, providing me with non-stop counter pressure during contractions, massage, sips of water, essential oils and much needed encouragement. To put it simply, Elisha was wherever I needed her to be in any given moment, INTUITIVELY, and I can’t imagine my birth story without her. She was a gift to me before, during, and after the birth of my son. Thank you, Elisha, for helping me to bring my first baby into this world!!!
