Mcintosh, Kayla

As a certified Body Ready Method® Pro and DONA certified birth doula, I offer evidence-based, body-aware support for every stage of your journey — from pregnancy through postpartum. My approach blends practical knowledge of physiologic birth with a deep respect for the sacredness of birth. I help families prepare physically, mentally, and spiritually to welcome their babies with confidence and peace. Whether you’re hoping for an unmedicated birth, navigating induction, or simply wanting to feel more in tune with your body, I meet you where you are with compassion, education, and gentle guidance. Through my work at Whole Spirit Riverdale, I aim to create a calm, nurturing presence that honors both the science and soul of birth.
