My birth services include: * 3-4 prenatal visits based on your needs * continuous in person labor support * 1 postpartum visit after your baby's birth During prenatal visits, we will go over: -exercises and movements to help improve comfort in pregnancy and prepare your body for labor and birth -addressing fears and talking about what to expect based on your birth desires to help you feel more at ease -creating an advocacy plan based on your birth desires and values (including informed decision making and birth room advocacy) -confidence building for your birth partner (if applicable)
