I chose Alaina as my doula after meeting with her and hearing about the passion she has for moms and the birth experience. She dedicates a lot of time to up-to-date research and advocacy measures. You know she's on your team. I have taken two classes with her - breastfeeding and childbirth education. She is very engaging as a teacher and cares about the information she presents. I know we'll be well taken care of with Alaina on our team. She is awesome!

It was so great to have Alaina there for my labor and delivery of my son! My husband and I decided to not have anyone else in the hospital with us (unlike with my first born), and we decided to practice the Bradley Method and be as natural and unmedicated as possible. Alaina was an amazing coach and positive energy through it all, especially when labor wasn’t going exactly how I had imagined it to happen. Her relaxation methods and positive affirmations helped me through every single contraction, and her and my husband ‘s reassurance prepared me for the next contraction with confidence. I most definitely recommend a doula for every pregnancy, labor and delivery! And if you have Alaina by your side, you can have complete trust that you’re in good hands!
