Camryn was one of the best decisions I made in planning the birth of my son. Her experience both as a doula and mother make her an excellent resource! She was able to connect me to educational resources that I was lacking, helped create my birth plan, and provided a variety of comfort measures for use during labor. Camryn is also full of little tips and tricks to make your birth and postpartum recovery as comfortable as possible.
As a first time mom, I can't imagine going through labor, delivery, and recovery without the support, guidance, and affirmations that Camryn was able to provide. She was available to answer my questions, provide resources, and keep me informed in the weeks leading up to my birth. As we approached the date of my induction, she kept in contact to make sure that I was prepared both mentally and physically. After our birth and in the days and weeks following she has continued to support our family and encourage us as we navigate life with a newborn.
I highly recommend adding Camryn to your birth team!
