At the core of my service is the concept that food is medicine and can be used to replenish & heal the body after birth. I prepare meals in your home that address specific physical symptoms mothers experience in the postpartum like cramping, bleeding, poor digestion, inflammation, anxiety, and lactation. I fill up the mom's cup through nourishing foods, sleep support, birth story listening, and bodywork so she can pour her energy and love into baby. I am now offering both in-person and remote support along with seasonal mother's circles.
