My service as a birth doula includes ongoing availability via text, phone, and email as well as 2+ prenatal visits, continuous labor support, 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support, and 1 postpartum visit. Throughout our time working together, I offer emotional, physical, informational, and advocacy support for both the birthing person and partner during this life-changing transition.
