费用说明
The $1200 is for on call labor and delivery only. I will come to you once you are in early/active labor and leave after you are settled. No prenatal visits are included. A postpartum visit is included. The full doula package for $1800 is a flat fee that includes 2 prenatal visits, continuous labor and delivery support for the entire length of your labor, 1-2 hours immediate postpartum and 1 postpartum home visit in the first week after delivery. I am also available for continuous text/phone/email support.

Birth in March 2024
I recently had my 3rd baby girl and this time chose to have a doula- Caroline. I had my unmedicated birth as I planned at the hospital. She 100% helped me stay true to my birth plan and supported me during the toughest hours of labor. She gave me a tens unit, a comb, and did back massages. Plus shared so much positivity and words of support!
Also throughout my pregnancy she provided valuable materials, especially the ones on flipping a breech baby. This stressed me out so much. She also shared a ton on yoga and a chiropractor. I wouldnt have been able to have the birth I wanted without her help. She has a positive and informative attitude and I felt supported the whole time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula!

After sifting through many, many doula profiles, my husband and I made the choice to contact Caroline about supporting us in the birth of our second son, which we hoped would be a VBAC. As soon as we had our first consultation we knew she would be a great addition to our birth team. Caroline was great at answering pregnancy questions and giving us ideas for how to cope with labor. She was also very flexible in scheduling meetings around my husband's crazy work schedule! On the day of our son's birth, unfortunately, "stuff" hit the fan (through no fault of Caroline's or anyone else's) and we had a repeat cesarean. Furthermore, Caroline was not allowed to be with us in the hospital due to COVID-related visitor restrictions. However, she continued supporting us over the phone throughout our time in the hospital and visited us at home after we were discharged. We were very glad to have her support during such a stressful time. She is warm, compassionate, and very knowledgeable- exactly the sort of person you'd want to have in your corner in any situation.

Caroline worked with my husband and I for our first pregnancy. She was very flexible with our schedule and easy to get in contact with! We limited contact due to COVID-19, but she still sent us lots of articles when we had questions, as well as websites showing what exercises and stretches I could be preparing with at home! Caroline did AWESOME with assisting us during COVID-19. She wasn't allowed to be in the hospital room during labor, however, she made herself available through phone/video call! She also made herself available during the early part of labor to be in our home (with our approval and masks). We felt comfortable around her, she was very professional, and very easy to talk to or ask questions. She knew exactly what to do to help with different types of pain I experienced, and oh my did they came in handy at the hospital with just my husband and myself as my epidural didn't stop some of my pain. She also made sure to check in on us once we got home! Our experience was wonderful, I highly recommend Caroline! I can only imagine how wonderful she would've been with us in the hospital!

If you make the choice to have Caroline by your side during labor and delivery you’ve made the right choice! This was my second birth, but my first with a doula. She has a calm demeanor and follows your lead. Also, she helped remind me of my birth wishes, but more importantly, Caroline helped me not feel as if I failed when I chose not to follow them. Aside from catering to me she made sure not leave out my husband. In the end, we both agreed that he would have had no idea how to help me through delivery without her assistance. She was able to help me find comfort through different positioning techniques and suggested many others. Also if you choose not to try other techniques for pain management she was very supportive either way. It's very important to have someone by your side that can stay calm and remember to advocate for you at the same time. Caroline, thank you again for being exactly what we needed and supporting our wishes.
