I charge a flat rate of $1,200. This includes 2 meetings with me before baby is born. First to talk about your birth options and second to practice comfort measure techniques. It also includes text or phone call support 24/7. I also offer extra prenatal classes 1. Postpartum planning 2. Breastfeeding 101 Each class is an additional $50

Working with Lauren as our doula was truly one of the best decisions we made during our pregnancy. From the very beginning, she spent countless hours preparing us for the birth of our baby—answering questions, walking us through scenarios, helping us practice positions and exercises to get through labor, and giving us the confidence we didn’t even realize we needed. Her knowledge and calm presence made the entire process feel less overwhelming.
During labor and delivery, Lauren supported us in ways we didn’t even know to ask for. She anticipated needs, offered comfort, and helped us navigate every shift and challenge. I ended up having a traumatic birth, and through it all, Lauren remained an incredible source of steadiness and reassurance. She gave us both emotional and physical support at a time when we felt vulnerable and unsure. She even slept in her car so she wasn't far from the hospital!
What meant even more was that her care didn’t stop after our baby was born. Lauren came to visit us postpartum to check in and help us process what had happened. That debriefing meant so much—it helped us feel seen, heard, and less alone as we started healing.
Lauren is compassionate, knowledgeable, grounding, and deeply committed to the families she works with. We would recommend her wholeheartedly to any parent looking for someone who will truly walk beside them through birth and beyond.

Lauren is a kind and compassionate soul and exactly the type of person you want by your side during labor and delivery. She is knowledgeable, prepared, and brings a calming presence. Lauren made sure to cover a wealth of birth related topics with us and talk through options and possibilities ahead of time, so my husband and I felt confident heading to the hospital. She was super sweet and attentive checking in on us once we were all back home and helped me process my birth experience during a postpartum visit. Thank you, Lauren!

Lauren was a great doula!
I absolutely loved working with her. Even though my birth ultimately resulted in a C-section, she was incredibly supportive every step of the way. From the beginning, she prepared me thoroughly and made sure I understood what to expect throughout labor and beyond.
During the birth she remained calm, present, and encouraging, helping me feel empowered and informed as plans shifted. After my son arrived, she continued to check in and follow up, which meant so much as we adjusted to everything postpartum.

Lauren was just amazing and made my labor experience much better! I gave birth back in December and honestly I was so scared of giving birth. Lauren taught us a few pain management techniques and one of them really helped me during early labor at home. She was available right when I texted her and let her know my contractions started. She was in the hospital on time and by my side from 7 pm till the baby came and stayed a few more hours to make sure everything was fine. She had methods that actually worked to help me focus through the contractions, for example she let me stare at her eyes and focus on my breathing. She helped me to make decisions when needed (without forcing). She followed up multiple times after delivery and visited us once. My husband and I are very happy that we experienced our journey with Lauren.

Lauren Woo was an amazing doula for the birth of my second! She was with me every step of the way! She was attentive and supportive. She held my hips through every contraction, prayed with me, and encouraged me through it all. She fully supported my decision to try for a VBAC and helped me in labor with trying all sorts of different exercises to help me progress. I ended up having another C-section and Lauren even went in the OR with me! She stayed by my side so that my husband could be with our baby. She held my hand when I needed it most. It was truly a blessing having her by my side! I highly recommend her!!

Our experience with Lauren as our doula was great! The prep meetings helped my husband and I feel prepared for what was to come. Lauren was very knowledgeable about our hospital's procedures and explained all of our options. Labor and my daughter's birth did not go as planned, but Lauren was there supporting us through the whole process. Afterward, her emotional support while my husband accompanied my daughter to the NICU was invaluable. I felt comfortable with Lauren from the start, and I was thankful we chose her as our doula!

So happy I hired Lauren! Having my first baby with family 12 hours away was a little overwhelming for me and I was happy to have someone there to support me. I had a long labor and Lauren stayed by my side through the thick of it. She helped keep my spirits up when my labor stalled, gave me advice on how to move forward, and then gave pushing queues when the moment finally came. She was by my side the whole time and didn't sleep unless I slept. Would definitely hire again or recommend to a friend!

Lauren was such a blessing to have during the birth of our first daughter. She was kind, a great listener and communicated in a timely and professional matter. I had a homebirth and was instructed by my midwife to start pushing for a baby when I was only 5 CM dilated, after realizing the mistake Lauren did everything to keep me comfortable and high spirited throughout the rest of the laboring. I am so thankful God had her designated for my birth! I would recommend her tenfold to anyone looking to have a doula stand by your side during such an amazing day! Thank you Lauren for helping me bring my little girl into this world! You'll never know just how thankful my Husband and I are for you!

Where to begin? I was put in touch with Lauren through word of mouth via multiple Mamas, and for good reason. From the first meeting through my birthing time and after, I was always acutely aware of the fact that Lauren was a member of my team, a calming presence and a caring advocate. She speaks from a place of understanding and experience. It made my husband a true believer in the power of a doula on your team. I will be forever grateful to Lauren. The pain level of my birthing experience was markedly less than my previous birth without a doula. Hire her, and you will not regret it.

Lauren was such a blessing to our family and we could not be more thankful to have her apart of our journey. Her presence was calming and she helps guide me through contractions. We had an incredible experience. We love you Lauren!!!

I have so many good things to say about Lauren! From the moment I reached out to her about her services,, she went above and beyond for me and my little one.
She walked me through every step of the birth and postpartum process and affirmed every choice I wanted to make without hesitation. She was my cheerleader every step of the way!
I had a very specific birth plan and due to complications I ended up going completely off script and actually lived out my worst case scenario of a hospital delivery via emergency induction. Thankfully, Lauren was able to Facetime me for the majority of my 14 hour labor and she guided me through each contraction with patience.
The craziest part of it all is that Lauren was ON VACATION with her family at the time, and she was actively coaching me through labor at the same time!
Not only is she dedicated to her role, she is 100% invested in her time with you. Postpartum, I needed some help managing things at home and Lauren stepped right up to help me, offering whatever I needed in the moment to feel heard.
If you are looking for a birth/postpartum doula, I could not recommend her more!

Lauren was great! She taught us some techniques in a short class before birth and she was available the whole time through the delivery.
We also hired her for postpartum services and she was wonderful with my daughter, made us a few wonderful meals, and helped with light cleaning. She came early for the first postpartum visit because our first night home our daughter cried literally the whole night, and we were so overwhelmed.
Would highly recommend Lauren to anyone!

Lauren is amazing. After my baby was in NICU, we struggled with breastfeeding. Lauren was patient and kind and supportive. After working with her, my baby and I are now successfully breastfeeding and could not be happier. I definitely would not have been successful without her help and support!

She was very good with catering to my needs during the different pains while in labor. She had a calming voice when she tried to help me when I was trying to relax.

I used Lauren as my doula after a recommendation from another Facebook group. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with her and her services. She came to our home twice and met with my husband and I to coach us on things that might happen on the big day. She taught my husband was that he could help me and she was so personal. It was never awkward with her like she was a stranger. From our first meeting she made me feel comfortable and supported. She has an amazing kind soul and it provides instant comfort. When the doctors broke my water we notified her immediately and it felt like she showed up in lightening speed. Before I knew it she was there and she was all in. I couldn’t have made it through my birth without her. I was a mom afraid to have a natural birth. I knew I wanted an epidural it was just a matter of when and I can proudly say I had a natural birth. Lauren’s services will not disappoint you!!!!!

Choosing to use Lauren as my doula was the best decision I made for my birth. She was helpful and informative as we prepared, very responsive, and calm during my labor. Due to preeclampsia , I was induced early, and she was with me every step of the way. She literally counted me through hoursssss if contractions. After 54 hours of labor, it became clear my boy wasn’t going to come down on his own, and Lauren helped my husband and I make the decision to move to a c section. She asked me lots of questions to help me figure out what I wanted, and ultimately my boy arriving safe and me being healthy were what we decided to do. She prayed with us, and then she waited till I came back into the room before she left. Can I tell you how much that meant?? My son had to be taken to the NICU, and I told my husband to stay with him, so I was expecting to be by myself after a major surgery, and I felt so cared for when I got back to the room and saw Lauren waiting for me. Do yourself, your spouse, and your baby a favor and choose Lauren to help you with your birth. 100 stars from me!
