We can't say enough good things about our expereince with Toni. Not only was Toni organized, attentive, and professional, she also provided a wealth of knowledge to my husband and I (both first time parents) from her experieneces in nursing. We felt extremely at ease going to sleep at night knowing that our son was being looked after by Toni.
We know first hand that the experience of leaving your baby with a new person can be anxiety-inducing, and we can confidently say that Toni will be an extremely helpful and professional addition to your baby/child's life.
It was thanks to Toni my husband and I started to get some decent sleep again!

To be completely honest, I was very hesitant in hiring any postpartum doula due to the fact that they are expensive and realistically, a stranger taking care of my newborn baby while I’m asleep! However, I had a very difficult postpartum period with my first baby and therefore, wanted to be more prepared my second time around. I interviewed soooo many doulas before finding Autumn. A lot of them didn’t have the experience or professionalism I was looking for. When I met Autumn, we instantly clicked! She sent me copies of all of her licenses, certifications, and clearances right off the bat. She then shared a Google drive folder with me that had so much information in it. Any time I had a question, I could easily search the drive and find the answer I was looking for. Autumn also provided a professional contract for both of us to sign and even a shared calendar so I could see her availability at any given time. If she wasn’t available, she provided two vetted back up doulas that I could utilize-in case if emergency. She even set up times for me to meet those doulas so that I didn’t feel uncomfortable having them in my home, should I end up needing their services! On her first day, Autumn showed up with formula coupons, a bottle wash bin, blanket organizer, and two swaddles that I could use! During our contract, she was always on time. She wore a mask and gloves, which made me feel really secure about keeping my baby safe from any germs that may be lurking around. She took amazing care of my entire family which ultimately helped me recover at a faster rate. It was so nice to wake up rested and to a clean house (she would do light laundry, dishes and bottles) every morning. She would also leave very detailed notes regarding how the night went. It has been one day since our contract ended and I can truly say that I already miss her so much! For anyone looking to hire some postpartum help, I highly recommend Autumn’s services!

I am so lucky to have found Toni, and I don’t know what we would have done without her! Toni worked with us after the birth of my second child, and she came over 1-4 nights per week. I had a very rough post partum time with my first child and Toni listened carefully to my past issues and provided a wealth of resources and support tailored to my needs. Her professionalism, compassion, and expertise made a significant difference during those early weeks and because of her help, I was able to fully enjoy my new baby this time around.
Toni is the best combination of a nurse, a baby expert and a mother. Her extensive knowledge of newborn care and her ability to address any concerns or questions were invaluable, and she also stayed awake throughout the nights and took care of washing dishes and bottles, doing laundry, prepping formula, and other tasks to make our days easier too. She has intimate knowledge of the best baby gear to purchase and also helped me find affordable items on facebook marketplace. She even kept track of my doctors appoints and would text me a list of questions before the visit so that I wouldn’t forget to ask anything.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Toni to any family seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable doula/night nurse. Her expertise surpassed our expectations, and she clearly made the addition of our second child a smooth experience for our entire family. Toni's genuine care and compassion for both our baby and us as parents were evident in every interaction we had with her.

In June of 2022 I became a first timemom, and while it was one of the happiestmoments of my life I quickly realized I wasin uncharted territory and could use someprofessional guidance on how to navigatethose beginning stages of parenthood.Through my search efforts I came acrossAutumn, and her profile checked everybox for me. She and I had the opportunityto speak over the phone a few times andmeet in person prior to her coming towork with us, and I am so glad she wasavailable! She helped us out for severalmonths while our little one was anewborn and offered her expertise oneverything from diaper rash to swaddling.Without Autumn I would have ended upcalling the pediatrician several times aweek, or scouring the internet franticallyfor answers. I am still using the tipsAutumn gave me to this day and our sonis now 5 months old. She was informativeand knowledgeable and I would highlyrecommend reaching out to her if you arelooking for help with your little one.

I would highly recommend Toni to any family looking for some extra post-partum help. We hired Toni to come a few nights a week after my son was born in August 2021. She was amazing with our little one helping out with all the care he needed at night so we could get some sleep. With her extensive background and nurturing personality, were comfortable with her caring from our child from day one! In addition to providing amazing care for our baby, she was a great resource to help me through the transition from breastfeeding to bottle feeding and also helping us create great sleep habits. She was constantly sending me helpful information that was personalized to our needs. We have a dog and a cat and Toni was great with our pets. She did some light housework, like dishes and laundry when time allowed, which was so helpful for a brand new mom. Toni is punctual, has great communication and is super with the little ones. We love Toni and would highly recommend her!

Autumn helped me from day 2 in the hospital after I gave birth to my second child. She gave great advice when my daughter was having difficulties feeding at the hospital. She took the job more than a job, worked very hard and always tried her best to help me, getting many things in the house done besides taking care of baby. It gave me great relief as a mom of two still recovering from birth. She was very respsonsible and never took off except on one occasion when her daughter was seriously sick. She had another doula to cover for the whole week and I was never left without help. I have hired an agency but Autumn beat them with flying colors. She is more reliable than an agency. She continued to help me for six months after the contract period when our nanny had emergency health issues. It is hard to find someone as reliable and responsible as her.

Toni Rose was hands down the most caring, reliable doula we had the pleasure of working with. Our original post-partum Doula could not complete her services due to personal circumstances and had sent 3 different replacements. Of the 4 doulas, Toni stood out immediately. In addition to being fantastic with our son, she was proactive in helping with chores around the house (dishes, laundry, etc) that was so helpful to an overwhelmed first time mom. Her background as a nurse and years of doula and nannying experience were evident in her professionalism. I immediately felt comfortable with her. Toni gave great advice without being too pushy. She checked in often to see how I was doing and continued providing emotional support and advice well beyond the post-partum period she spent with us. She was an invaluable asset in the chaotic first months with a newborn and I don't know how we would have managed without her support. I could not recommend Toni more whole-heartedly. Any family would be lucky to have her.

I first met Autumn at a library story time I attended with my daughter when I was hugely pregnant with twins. She gave me her card and I followed up with her for postpartum doula services once I had the babies. I was surprised when she brought over little presents for the boys--twin onesies--upon her first visit. It was such a sweet and unnecessary gesture! She also showed up with her own infant sling and soft music to play to soothe the babies. It was immediately clear that she knew what she was doing. I gratefully went upstairs for some much-needed sleep, fully confident in her ability to juggle my two babies and their needs. In subsequent visits, she recommended some great resources to help me with my 2-year-old (who was in a very tantrum-y phase), and eagerly wrote down the titles of some childcare books I was reading that were new to her. This, along with her obvious skill in caring for my babies, showed me that Autumn is a true professional who shares her vast knowledge with others but is always looking to expand her repertoire. I feel very lucky to have met her and highly recommend her!
