Half of my fee is due at the time of reserving your due date. The other half is due at your 32 week appointment. I also offer a discounted package with a local videographer.

Katie was wonderful to work with through my pregnancy and delivery! She supported me in labor prep through many nights of prodromal labor and when my labor ended up resulting in only about ten minutes of time at the Birth Center before our baby arrived Katie captured some beautiful photos and supported me in the final moments. Her support did not end there, I had a few visits with her postpartum as she checked in on me and our daughter. If we decide to grow our family more Katie will be one of my first calls!

Katie Bachelor was such an amazing doula to have on our birth team! While this was my fourth birth, it was my 1st VBAC since our 3rd daughter's pregnancy took some unexpected turns at the end that resulted in her being born via c-section. I was anxious going into this pregnancy, now having the VBAC stamp to my name, but Katie was such an encouragement during the entire process. She encouraged me to find a provider who I truly felt at peace with, which landed me at the Birthing Center of Bloomington. Then, when I was transferred out of their care and into the care of an OB at 39.5 weeks, Katie was such a supportive coach to have in my corner while navigating all the decisions that needed to be made moving forward. She gave me the confidence I needed to stand up for what I knew was best and helped me make decisions that ultimately lead to my successful VBAC! I am truly thankful for her support and would recommend her to any expecting mom.

Katie was truly an incredible support throughout the birth of our first daughter. I had to be induced, and my birth didn’t go as planned — I had hoped to go all natural, but things didn’t work out that way. Through every step, Katie helped tremendously and made me feel so much calmer, supported, and confident in the process. She brought such a sense of peace into the birthing room, which made a huge difference during moments that felt overwhelming.
Katie also advocated for us in the hospital, making sure our voices were heard and that we felt informed and supported in every decision. On top of being an amazing doula, she truly felt like another motherly figure — nurturing, reassuring, and always there when we needed her.
What meant the most was that she came to our home a week after birth to debrief everything with my husband and me. That experience was extremely healing and helped us process everything in such a positive way. I’m so grateful to have had Katie as our doula and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly caring support. She is the best!

When we had our "surprise" baby #4 I wanted to do things differently than id ever considered doing them with my others. I loved my ob so knew switching to a midwife wasn't going to be a good fit. I started researching Doulas. Nobody was jumping out and I was so uncertain. I spoke to my neice and was referred to Katie. Upon first meeting Katie I knew it was a good fit for us. Our labor ended up not being easy or smooth thanks to my kidney stones. But she was there. She prayed with us when the decisions were too much and too tense. She encouraged and praised me in the labor process when I was thinking I cant do it anymore. And she was there beaming when baby was born and I looked at her and said... "I did it!" Any woman can experience a beautiful birth experience the way God intended for woman to be able to birth. If we were having anymore I wouldn't do it again without the support of Katie! I'm going to tell other new and first time moms about Katie and encourage them to get support from a doula. It was worth it 100%.

We were so thankful to have Katie's support during the pregnancy and birth of our 4th child. She kept in contact, and always wanted to know how my appointments went. It was really nice to have someone with so much experience to bounce ideas off of, or have her help us ask the right questions. She is very calm, and helped me feel at peace about going into labor and delivery. We would for sure use her again, and recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, compassionate doula to support them. Thank you, Katie!

Katie is THE BEST!! She was so helpful and encouraging. My baby was in the wrong position but Katie was able to help move my baby to the right position. I had our baby in the middle of COVID when the whole country of Jordan was in lockdown but she didn’t quit on us but stayed until after I gave birth. I can’t imagine not having Katie as our doula… we always say if The Lord gives us any more kids we will have to fly her back over here to Jordan to help us!! So very thankful for Katie!!

The experience was truly amazing, all natural and low stress.
Katie played a huge part in making this happen. It was comforting to benefit from her experience during preparations, and she did an outstanding job of mediating between the medical staff and ourselves during the birth, making sure our wishes were understood and that we understood what was going on. Most importantly though, she gave me excellent coaching and guidance during labor, creating a positive and humorous atmosphere.
This was my first birth abroad, and my first time using a doula, and I am so glad I did. If you´re giving birth in Jordan – I highly recommend you get in touch with Katie!”

Katie was a wonderful Doula. She helped me prepare my birth plan before the birth of my second son and also showed me and my husband useful exercises. During birth she was super calming and supportive and advocated for me to have my birth plan realised in the hospital. I could not have imagined the birth without her. We are super thankful!

Our 3rd baby girl joined our family in November 2016. I had never had a doula before, and I'm so glad we asked Katie to join us for Julia's birth! It was most definitely the best decision we could have made! Katie was so encouraging during the weeks leading up to her birth and gave me exercises that I could do for the baby to be in the best position possible. Katie is naturally intuitive, which helped so much during the labor process when I didn't know what I needed. She was a voice for us with the medical staff at the hospital, which was one less thing to worry about! When we found out we were expecting baby girl #4, due May 2019, we immediately asked for Katie to be our doula again! Easiest decision ever! If you desire to have a natural birth, you will be incredibly blessed to have Katie as your doula!

After having a difficult birth with my first born, I had a lot of fears going into this second birth. I knew that this time I wanted to have a doula with me to see if I could have a better experience, and having Katie with me made all the difference.From the moment she came in, she provided the support and comfort my husband and I needed in a stressful situation. I am so grateful that I can look back at this birth and feel nothing but joy, and I know that's because Katie was with us.
