She doesn't listen to the needs of the child. All she cares about is getting the $1500 deposit. She couldn't start sleep training with my baby because of some issue that I had warned her about ahead of time. We cancelled the training by mutual decision. But she kept my money and then never returned my calls or text messages. She is a scam artist. She goes under several names so its hard to track her. She goes under Lila Valdes on her contracts but her real name is Lila Aviles and lives in Miramar. Stay away from her.
