I am here to guide you to feel empowered in your body, mind and spirit so you can create an incredible, connected experience from conception to birth. I am happy to provide service wherever the client feels most comfortable. Each client is unique in what their most desirable birth is so I remain very adaptable and flexible to help assist the client to have the birth experience they desire. As a doula I help guide the birthing couple when it would be the ideal time to transition from labouring at home to going to the hospital. This is a very important step to help fulfill the mother’s birth plan and wishes.

It is important for laboring moms to feel safe and supported in their surroundings so that they can stay in a calm, connected state to carry out her birth plan. A birth experience is something that will never be forgotten. My goal is to help families achieve an empowered birth experience. The journey of birth is very sacred and unique to each individual as two souls adapt, transition and work in unison. And this requires the right environment so I remain flexible to meet the mother’s wishes in her preferred birthing location.

I am here to help you alleviate fears that may come up prior and during birth as well as to help you connect to your feminine power and to empower you to listen to your body and baby, to have a natural, harmonic birth. Birthing at home is the perfect place to have a harmonic birth if that is what the mother desires. No matter where the birth is I stay with the woman throughout the labor. I provide emotional support, physical comfort measures and an objective viewpoint, as well as helping the woman get the information she needs to make informed decisions.

费用说明

I service all of North Florida, Jacksonville, Lake City, Gainesville, Tallahassee, and South GA. and further North and South. (I am a traveling Doula) My fee would only vary if there is added travel expenses. I am partnered with Doula Vonda who has 40 years of doula experience. Her expertise is available to me and my clients at any time. She also will often attend births with myself and client.

Kiana was our doula for the birth of our first baby and we could not have had a better experience! She was the perfect doula for us. We still talk about her and how wonderful she was quite often (we are now eight weeks postpartum). She provided physical and emotional support in the most loving, empathetic ways during our birth and during the postpartum period as well. She exudes such a calm, peaceful energy  which is so important during labor. Kiana definitely cares about her clients and builds a long-lasting relationship with them. We highly recommend her doula services!
