A free initial consultation which does not obligate you to use my services At least two prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan and expectations Assistance with writing your birth plan Prenatal support by phone, text or email 24 hours on call which begins at 38 weeks 1 acupressure session to encourage labor at 40+ weeks with care provider’s approval Labor and birth support for mother and her birth team Support after the birth until mom is comfortable and breastfeeding (1-2 hours) 1 postpartum visit scheduled at your convenience Postpartum and breastfeeding support as needed by phone and text As a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, packages are available to add massage.
