I am passionate about helping you have a positive and empowering childbirth experience! My birth doula package includes phone support, 2 in-person prenatal appointments, in-person support throughout your active labor and delivery and up to 1 hour after delivery, and a postpartum appointment. I am also a certified Breastfeeding Counselor and Perinatal Nutrition Educator. I am currently studying to become a certified Childbirth Educator.

Shelby was a wonderful doula! She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and an overall wonderful support system! She really takes the time to listen to and understand her client and consoles with her knowledge of pregnancy and birth. She helped teach my husband how to be a better support system for me and worked really well with all of the medical staff involved. Shelby was such a blessing to have throughout my pregnancy and birth. I HIGHLY recommended her for anyone looking for a wonderful doula, especially for a reasonable price!
