My postpartum fee is sliding scale; pay what your family can afford. Payment plans available. All of my services include a free 30 minute visit at your home or on zoom. This is a chance for us to discuss what you are looking for in a doula and to see if I might be the right fit.

My husband and I had our first baby in May 2023, and were so thankful for the opportunity to work with Jasmine and the support that she provided. From our first meeting with Jasmine we felt very comfortable having her around, and this continued to be the case throughout our prenatal visits, labour and delivery, and postpartum visits.
Her prenatal visits were very informative, and helped us to prepare for what was ahead, as well as guiding our conversations with each other as we prepared. She was very available by text for questions that popped up during this time as well.
When labour started she was able to give us suggestions on how to manage early labour, and then when more support was needed she was right there with us, providing a comfortable and calming presence, movement suggestions, preparing snacks and reminders to hydrate, and providing validation when I felt it was time to go to the hospital. Once at the hospital she continued to be a support and an advocate. I ended up being unable to get an epidural despite a longer labour, and I can't imagine having laboured for as long as I did without pain medications without Jasmine's support. And then to know that I had the support of her postpartum visits in the early days of exhaustion and so many unknowns was a huge gift.
I would highly recommend Jasmine as both a labour and postpartum doula, and am so thankful that I had the opportunity to work with her.

We hired Jasmine to help us with the birth of our second child. From day one we were impressed. She was organized, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. She took our lead on how we wanted to be supported throughout the process. Jasmine brought a very calm energy to the birth but was assertive and took action to advocate for me and ensure my wishes were heard and met when ever possible. I felt incredibly supported by Jasmine, her ability to provide hands on acupressure and massage helped immensely. Postpartum she ensured we were set up for success and supported us through the transition from 1 to 2 kids. If you are looking for someone with calm, kind energy, who gets things done, provides pain management support and prebirth and postpartum support I cannot recommend jasmine enough.

I am so glad I had Jasmine as my doula for the birth of my son in September 2023. Before the birth, she took a lot of care and preparation in meeting with my husband and I, sharing great resources, and answering our many questions. During labour and the birth, Jasmine was a great communicator and (importantly!) knew exactly when we needed to get to the hospital. She was happy to tailor things to focus on what we were most interested in which meant that we got a lot out of our time together and I really felt supported. Throughout the whole process, Jasmine was so encouraging and her warmth and sense of humour set us at ease. Her calm and inviting approach makes such a difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Jasmine as a doula - you will be in great hands!

Jasmine was incredibly thoughtful, kind and full of knowledge and wisdom in helping my husband and I prepare for birth. On the day of my labour, she was a calm presence and a confident leader, and knew exactly when to call the midwife! Most importantly, she was the most incredible support during the postpartum period, anticipating our needs, debriefing the birth, and putting together the most beautiful snack plates I’ve ever seen! You’ll be so happy to have her on your team!

We were very fortunate to find Jasmine prior to the birth of our baby daughter. She is a great listener, knowledgeable, extremely kind and empathetic. We suffered a loss previously and were very nervous about this pregnancy. Her calm and gentle personality helped us during our most vulnerable moments. We cannot praise her enough and truly believe she was an invaluable asset during our pregnancy, birth and post partum journey.

Jasmine has been an incredible source of support for our family as we have welcomed our second daughter into our lives. From help with anything and everything around the house, cooking, laundry, helping with our older daughter, support with babe, post partum care and emotional support, just to name a few.
I would highly recommend Jasmine to any expecting or new parents.

Jasmine, was really helpful for me in helping define my role postpartum. She also gave my wife and I great advice on how to survive as a family, with practical tools and ideas. Her knowledge and experience comes through, and was really calming for us as we had our first baby.
The ability to be able to sleep and know someone who loves children was helping the household was amazing.

I cannot begin to say how valuable Jasmine has been to us during this time of adjustment for our family. As a postpartum doula myself, I knew we would benefit from postpartum care when my partner had to return to work early. Jasmine has met and exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond to make sure that not only myself and our baby were cared for, but that the entire home ran smoothly and that my oldest kiddo’s needs were met, too.
Jasmine is great at taking initiative and just finding what things need to be done, as well as checking in to find out what things might be particularly helpful. Grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, involving my very social and talkative nine year old in her tasks, and even assembling furniture and helping my nine year old figure out how to use her new sewing machine, are just some of the things that have made such a positive difference for us. When we needed more days than Jasmine had available in her schedule, she put us in touch with another phenomenal doula and provided excellent continuity of care by coordinating shifts and care details with the second doula.
I have found Jasmine to be warm, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, and I’ve really enjoyed all the conversations we’ve had. The sense of peace and calm I feel when Jasmine has been in my home is truly such a gift; I highly recommend her multi faceted services to anyone feeling they could use some support during times of transition and adjustment.

To put it simply Jasmine is amazing. You should hire her. Jasmine came into our lives when we were adopting our second son. We now have two children under two a girl and a boy. In our chaotic household Jasmine was calm compassionate, thoughtful, bring a level of care and consideration for our infant that made us feel warm and secure.Though all new families face similar challenges, families face perhaps unique ones Jasmine was very attuned to those and helpful in that regard. I would highly recommend Jasmine as a tool for you and your family

Jasmine supported myself and husband as a postpartum doula after the birth of our daughter and it was one of the best decisions we ever made! From the beginning, I felt calm and well supported. She is warm, intuitive and capable. I would (and still) look forward to her coming over! I only recently learned the role of a PP doula and I am so thankful I did and was connected with Jasmine in my third trimester. She is one those people who is easy to be around and feels like you've known her for ages. From memory foam circle pillows, to sitz baths and the best snack plates ever - Jasmine goes above and beyond what I could've expected during my postpartum experience. I would (and currently do!) recommend her whole-heartedly!

Jasmine has been an incredible source of support as we added a little girl to our family. Jasmine is reliable, trust worthy and extremely proactive. She has answered many questions that come along with caring for a newborn, and if she didn’t have the answer she went above and beyond to find the answer. Not only does she do an amazing job caring for our kids but she also makes sure to take care of me as well. As you take care of your kids, Jasmine makes sure you’re taken care of with bath reminders, making tea, snacks, etc., which is very helpful. I highly recommend Jasmine’s services and believe that if you work with her you will be so glad you did!

The best part about Jasmine's skill as a doula is her deep and genuine care for the people in her community. She is accountable, caring, compassionate, skilled, and fierce in her knowing that community care can be freeing. She will make cleaning your kitchen feel like a lullaby and the best gift you've ever had, she will check in on you from the bottom of her heart, and she will enjoy doing all of it more than you could imagine. This is the service of a true doula, and I couldn't recommend her enough.
