费用说明
Fees for Virtual and In-Person packages vary based on location. Birth doula packages typically range from $1000-$1400. Postpartum hourly rates from $35-$55. Overnight (12am - 7am) postpartum rate is $55/hour In consideration of folks for whom these fees present a hardship, I am happy to consider discounted contracts on a case by case basis. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bethany! She had such a positive impact on my pregnancy and labour experience. Bethany has a calm, caring, and positive energy that was obvious from the first moment we met. She was a wealth of information at our meetings and made my husband and I feel informed and prepared. Her pre-natal yoga sessions were great for helping me work on my breathing and prepare my body for labour. My labour lasted ~30 hours and having Bethany there to coach me through my contractions and be a mental and emotional support made a world of differnce. When I ended up needing an emergency c section, she was also a massive support for my husband. She continued to provide support post-partum and helped me with my breastfeeding journey.
I can't imagine going through the pregnancy and labour process without the support of a doula, and I would 100% use Bethany again!

Bethany is a gifted doula and a beautiful person. Every aspect of Bethany’s doula support was invaluable to us as new parents. Her support was crucial to our mental and emotional well-being. She helped us process our birth experience. She was integral to helping me and my baby breastfeed efficiently and with confidence. She made sure we were nourished and brought such a wealth of knowledge, kindness and compassion into our home. We were so grateful for her calming presence especially during the pandemic when family could not be present. Bethany set us up for success in every way as a family.

We hired Bethany last minute when our birth plans took a turn from home birth to hospital birth at 41 weeks. Being in the hospital was everything I didn’t want, and I had so much anxiety, we figured a doula would give us that extra emotional support throughout our experience.
Bethany exceeded our expectations beyond. She was flexible, reliable, communicative, compassionate, trustworthy and the list goes on. My labour was over 48 hours and ended in a s section, and I don’t think it would have been the same without her. Bethany provided emotional and physical support for both my partner and I- my partner was blown away at how much he also benefited from having a doula. She was a gentle voice of reason in the height of emotions and exhaustion, helped me advocate for myself and always kept us grounded. She had many tools to help me through contractions and to just help us navigate every curveball that came our way. We felt so honoured to have Bethany alongside us for this experience, she was truly made for this role and we will forever be grateful to have found her.

Bethany was a delight to work with and she helped me through my labour tremendously. From the moment I met Bethany I felt very compfortable with her as she radiates postive energy and encouragement. She brought that to our meetings before labour and ten fold in the labour room. She worked with me to envision my ideal birth would look like and helped me achieve my pain management techniques throughout labour. I view my labour as a very postivie and memorable experience and Bethany was a major reaosn for that. She helped me breathe and focus through all my contractions and was a dream couch to have by my side. I will never forget how helpful she was :)

I was greatly encouraged to contact a doula for my second daughter's birth and with great luck, we managed to book Bethany at the last minute.
I am beyond impressed with the great support and help that Bethany was. She pushed me to find my inner strength to deliver my daughter naturally. She guided my husband to support me in ways that would ground me in the process. He and I became a stronger team thanks to her.
I now see just how vital it is to have someone there to advocate for you and support you through breathing and keeping you grounded. My first and second birth stories are so different. I came out of this one feeling really good and ready to be a mom to our second daughter.
