I am a DONA certified birth doula and I am also working towards becoming a Childbirth Educator! I provide my clients with support throughout their pregnancy, two prenatal visits, labor support and a postpartum visit.

We absolutely LOVED having Tammy as our doula. This was my second baby and I didn't have a doula for my first. Boy I wish I would have had Tammy for my first because it was ROUGH and I know she could have made it better. Tammy was so helpful and encouraging. She genuinely cares about her clients and loves newborns and birth. I felt way more confident going into this labor because of the support of Tammy. I was able to talk with her and get guidance from her when I was in labor, unlike my first when I just had a midwife who was busy at the office. And then during labor she was a huge support for me both physically and emotionally. I couldn't recommend her more!!!

Tamara was an amazing asset to the birth of our second. I was able to have a completely natural labor - my goal for my second birth - thanks to her assistance. She and my husband worked as a great team in aiding me throughout. She was always very positive, patient and encouraging, even at 3am :). If I were to have a third, I would absolutely ask her to be my doula again. Very highly recommended!

Tammy is an amazing doula. She answered my many questions, and gave me things to think about and discuss with my OB before birth, that my Dr. had never brought up and I had never thought of, even though this was my second child and I work in the medical field. Tammy is extremely compassionate, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She will encourage you in whatever desires you have for your labor and delivery. She presents information, but supports you in whatever you choose and is so encouraging along the way. She was amazing before, during and after our daughter’s birth. I highly recommend her!!!
