Erin and Barb were an amazing help to our family! As new parents we didn't know what to expect from this big life change. Having Erin and Barb come into our home and care for our baby, bring a calming presense, and help us around the house was such a gift. We were able to get some much needed sleep, clean clothes and some delicious meals prepped. We can't recommend them enough!

Helping Hands Doulas helped us so much when our second child was born. It was right after my husband returned to work and Barb’s calm, knowledgeable and caring presence made our transition to a family of four much easier on us all. Not only did she perform light chores such as folding laundry and fixing lunch, she also helped me sort through some breastfeeding issues and soothed the baby while I napped or showered.
