Sasha is an amazing massage therapist and doula. She provided me several prenatal massages to prepare me for labor and she is clearly an experienced and confident therapist. During my vbac, she was instrumental in our success. She relied on her skills and expertise to guide me and position me during labor, and her kind temperament kept us calm. Thank you Sasha for your support, we could not have done this without you!

I don't even know where to start on how great Sasha has been during our birthing experience. This is my husband and I's first baby and we went into our pregnancy knowing we needed a load of help and knowledge to deliver a healthy baby. We were referred to Sasha and we are grateful we were. Sasha provided a wealth of evidence-based knowledge that helped us curate a great birth plan. Also, her massages were phenomenal and a great part of our package deal with her. Lastly, during my birth experience, I went in with the mindset to have a natural birth but things took a turn when I realized I couldn't handle the pain so I opted for an epidural which helped me enjoy my birthing experience ALOT better. Although I received an epidural Sasha continued providing high-quality care. I believe that Sasha's techniques helped my labor progress nicely which prevented me from having a C-section. I couldn't have asked for a better doula. Sasha's evidence-based knowledge, quality care, and wonderful personality made a HUGE difference in my birthing experience !!

Working with Sasha was an absolute dream. The level of dedication and care my husband and I received from her was invaluable. As a first time mom, she gave me peace of mind but also empowered me with education and knowledge. I walked away from my experience with Sasha feeling confident and emboldened as a new mama. I would recommend her services to every expecting parent. She's truly a god send!
