My experience with Krista was amazing! She checked in constantly and visited me as much as she could. She was amazing at answering all of our questions and making us feel ready and prepared for what was to come! She was available at anytime of day and night for questions and concerns. My water broke very prematurally and I didn't know what was happening so I called her in the middle of the night and she was right there to answer and help me with what needed to be done. I had to be airvacced to kamloops and she offered to even come there for us, but we didn't know when or how long we were going to be there for, so we told her not to bother. She was available for a FaceTime during labour which was helpful as well! I am very grateful for her constant check ins after birth too. Once I was finally able to go home she was available for visits instantly. She was absolutely amazing throughout my entire experience! I would reccomend her to anyone and I would love to have her as mine again in the future!

I'll always remember the calm and confidence that Krista brought into my pregnancy journey. Her warmth and expertise were evident from the start, offering advice and support that was both nurturing and empowering. Whether it was discussing pregnancy milestones or preparing for the birth, Krista's guidance was invaluable.
I wish every expectant mother could experience the level of care and knowledge Krista provides. Post-birth, her insights into car seat safety and newborn care were just as crucial as her support during labor. I know that her presence made all the difference, and I'm profoundly grateful for the comfort and reassurance she gave us during these life-changing moments.
I whole heartedly believe everyone needs Krista during this journey.

cannot stress enough how grateful I am that we had Krista's support during this pregnancy/ labor/ delivery/ postpartum. I felt quite confident in my pregnancy and therefore was not expecting a very dramatic labor/delivery. From having a week of false labor signs leading up to 41 weeks - my texts to Krista became helpful and necessary to determine what to do and she probably saved me three unnecessary trips to hospital. This being our first baby - my husband and I were very clueless in the hospital so having her there to gently make suggestions and to support us was really valuable. She provided me and my husband endless support, relief and comfort during the intense and rapidly escalating labor. Our little baby needed some help after he was delivered and it terrified my husband and me. Having Krista's emotional support during the babies first hour of life and after for debriefing and follow ups was so key in me processing everything quickly and in a healthy way. I highly, highly recommend hiring a Krista as your doula.

Krista was my doula. She was very supportive from day one! Always checking on me to see how I was doing. When the day came, krista arrived at the hospital within minutes. Knowing my birth plan she respected all my wants and needs. I could not have gone through labour without her! She was extremely helpful at keeping me calm and reminding me to breath. She showed my spouse and mom different ways to help support me. Krista is incredible at what she does! I will definitely be having krista as my doula with my next child!
