When I found out I was pregnant with my son, I knew that I needed a doula. I did not know much about the medical system down here and I was nervous. I reached out to a few different doulas but immediately clicked with Jamie. From our first meeting I knew that she was THE ONE. On the day that my son came into this world, Jamie went above and beyond to make sure we stayed on course with my birth plan. She was the best advocate and nurturer. Her presence allowed my husband to focus on me and our baby without worry. Our experience would not have been the same without her. I am truly so grateful for her and will recommend her to anyone looking for a doula. Thank you from the fullness of our hearts, Jamie ??

We were fortunate to have Jamie as our doula and photographer during the birth of our second child, and we couldn't be happier with her service. She stayed in touch during my pregnancy to check in on how I was doing, and she was such an asset during labor. Her experience and comforting prescence was invaluable, especially during my non-textbook labor. She is also an amazing photographer, and captured some of our most precious moments. Jamie's professionalism and genuine care made all the difference, and we are grateful for her support and the beautiful memories that she captured. We would recommend Jamie to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled doula and/or birth photographer!

If I am being honest, I was very on the fence about hiring a doula. My last birth was......a bit traumatic. I knew I wanted a homebirth, but I didn't want a bunch of people to be with me for it. My midwife recommended reaching out to a few just to chat, so I did. Jamie was the first one I talked to and our first conversation was over an hour. I didn't call any more doulas because I felt like we clicked. She was very personable and kind, not to mention her sense of humor is sprinkled in at just the right moments. To say she was an asset in my birth is an understatement. Throughout my pregnancy, she was there for all the questions and concerns, no matter what time. I honestly cannot imagine having a more supportive person at my birth (excluding my husband). Jamie goes above and beyond. The kindness and care she exhibited through all of it was truly a blessing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Jamie was our doula for the birth of our second baby and she was absolutely wonderful in every way. Her prenatal visits were thorough and tailored to our needs and helped us feel prepared for the birth. At the birth, her calm, confident presence and gentle coaching made it possible for to have the unmedicated birth that I wanted. Almost one year later my husband and I are still over the moon about our birth experience. I cannot recommend Jamie highly enough!

Not only did Jamie happily drive and met me in my own house for every meeting, she embraced our toddler and welcomed her to join and taught her what we were doing! She has been nothing but kind and joyful every time we saw her. Her instincts are impeccable and came to my home early in the morning to hang out with me while I labored only for us to soon leave for the hospital upon her arrival. She was hands on the ENTIRE time of my labor - I was in the transition phase very shortly after we arrived at the hospital- and she did everything I needed for comfort without me saying a word so my husband could focus on encouraging and loving me! She was the absolute best and I am eternally grateful I made the decision to have her with me ??

We loooooved working with Jamie! My labor experience was extremely positive, and that was in large part thanks to Jamie.
She is warm, kind, observant, and very knowledgeable. Her calm energy made me feel very safe and cared for from the moment I met her, and she helped me feel calm and relaxed throughout the laboring process. She helped coach my husband and me through many helpful laboring positions that I truly believe made my labor go faster and smoother. I also relied on her for postpartum/breastfeeding support and she was extremely helpful and responsive. Not to mention the amazing photos she took that I will cherish forever! I look at them all the time to remind me of that sacred experience. Hiring Jamie was worth every penny! I don't know how I would have given birth for my first time without her.

Jamie was an incredible resource and support for my husband and I, especially the week leading up to and the time of our daughter's birth. I texted at all times of day and night with questions and updates on my progress. She always responded in a timely matter and offered guidance that I found reassuring and useful. At the time of the birth, she advocated for me in the delivery room and coached my husband in how he could be the best support. Once our daughter was born, she captured those amazing first moments in gorgeous pictures that we will treasure forever. I couldn't recommend Jamie more!

Fantastic experience!! Due to giving birth during COVID, the actual birth portion was done virtually but still was very helpful. Our doula kept in close communication with my husband offering suggestions and support the entire time. Both the before and after home visits were extremely helpful and the photo session was priceless. Highly recommend!

I cannot overstate how wonderful Jamie is as a doula and a human being, and how fortunate we felt to have her guidance during the birth of our son. She is calm, patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. In addition to supporting us tirelessly through a long labor, she took photos that will be keepsakes for a lifetime. She provided great advice on all kinds of random questions both before labor began and after our son was born. I would have happily paid twice what we did for her services. She is worth her weight in gold.
