My birth package comes with 2 prenatal visits, one being with your care provider (if there’s a way to make that work), your birth, 1 postpartum visit, and being available 24/7 for you to text or call at all hours.

I enjoyed Christiana’s birth class! Very informative and comfortable environment! Christiana’s presence is calming!

We don't know what we would've done without Christiana as our doula. From her knowledge she shared during my pregnancy to coming over to help prep postpartum freezer meals to the actual labor and delivery. She's been readily available whether over text/call or in person. Much more than that she is so kind and very easy to be around. She's professional and respectful to anyone who's around. She really has the heart for this work and it's greatly appreciated.

As a student midwife my school required that I attend a childbirth class. Christiana was graciaus enough to allow me to participate in hers. She is very knowledgable. In the four part class she covered a lot of great information that she presented in an enaging manor. I highly recommend her class to any expectant parents.

My husband and I are pregnant with our first child and we attended four sessions with Christiana. She was very knowledgeable, discussing things from every point of view - hospital, birthing center, home birth. My husband and I enjoyed the class very much and can't wait to put our new knowledge to the test! We definitely recommend taking her classes.

I attended a series of Childbirth classes via zoom, done by Christiana. She was very informative and was all about advocating for whatever the mother to be wants and needs with no pressure of her own opinions.

My husband and I loved the childbirth education class we took with Christiana! We both learned a lot and we're very thankful to have found Christiana. We're very excited to have her as our doula.

Christiana went above and beyond for us during our pregnancy and birth to say the least! She stood out from other doulas and made a more personal connection vs just treating it as a transaction. She was so happy to be of help in any way. She was always available for questions and/or emotional support, she lent her own personal books for me to read/borrow, she even came over and helped us prep postpartum freezer meals, and she also traveled a really long way from home to where we chose to birth our baby. She withstood supporting my husband and I both, through a very long 3 days of laboring. We were so thankful to have her help!

Christiana was one of the best things that happened during my pregnancy. This was my first child and I was scared to death. If I ever had any questions at all I would text her or call her and she would always answer didn't matter if it was day or night. We really didn't know when I was going to be induced so it was definitely a touch and go game. The night that I was told that they needed to induce me I called Christiana around 1:00 in the morning and she picked up and she started getting ready to leave. She got to the hospital and she didn't leave my side until I told her it was okay for her to go home and get some rest. She helped me so much while I was in labor. She taught my boyfriend how to give me a massage. She helped me to and from the bathroom. She helped me communicate with the doctors. She held my hand when I was getting the epidural. She was an absolute lifesaver. I was asleep when the baby decided to make her appearance. But as soon as I woke up and knew it was time I had my boyfriend call Christiana and she was on her way. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is having a baby. She was a miracle in my life and I am so happy I had her by my side through everything.

Christiana was an amazing doula! She was attentive, and perceptive during every stage of labor. We had to do a long-winded baby spin exercise in the begining that she was unfamiliar with but figured it out almost instantly. Before and during transition when the contractions were becoming more and more intense, she always seemed to know exactly what I needed when I needed it. I had a great, relatively painless, labor and I know it was due to how comfortable I felt with my amazing team. Highly recommend Christiana!

Christiana is an amazing doula, I had her at our most recent birth of our 3rd baby, I had asked her to specifically take pictures of my birth, of which she did an amazing job! And though I had someone else acting as my main doula, Christiana did a wonderful job also acting as an extra support person, not only in taking pictures, but helping with little & big things while I was laboring and afterwards! I also found she had a wealth of knowledge with all things birth, and made an effort to help when she was needed, she is relaxed, calm , & real! And Both my husband and I really appreciated having her there!

I couldn't have imagined my birth without Christiana. Her calm spirit and gentle hands knew exactly what my mind and body needed in each moment of my labor. Her soft words and encouragement kept me going. Her knowledge in comfort measures went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Thank you so much for all your physical and mental support. Such a beautiful blessing to have such a sweet woman by our side throughout labor and the delivery of our youngest. She was so attentive and soft spoken. She prayed with us and shared nothing but love. If we were to have number 6, we would definitely have her there again!

We had the joy of having Christiana at the birth of our second child. She was so gentle and loving and always making sure I was as comfortable as could be. The words she spoke were encouraging and motivating. If you feel like talking, she has a listening ear and can hold a conversation, while giving you rest to work through contractions.

Christiana was our Doula for the birth of our firstborn. Her calm and intentional presence during the birth was so helpful and brought a huge amount of peace to my wife during labor. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Doula for their birth story.

I didn't have a long labor but she did a great job just being there. She was willing to be in positions that were not comfortable for her, just so I would have a hand to squeeze. She was very calm even though my baby was premature and born on the way to the hospital.

I was very thankful to have Christiana at my first childbirth. She was confident in being able to suggest and help me try different coping positions. She was my sole support person and back massager for several hours while my husband and the midwife got some sleep. She is a relaxing and friendly person to be around, yet tough enough to claim I didn't squeeze her hands too hard while my husband and midwife caught the baby. :) She is very helpful from start to finish, and loves what she does. I highly recommend Christiana as a doula!
