"This maternity matron was extremely unprofessional and showed a serious lack of safety awareness. She would hold the newborn with one hand while handling boiling water and cooking, which was completely unacceptable. She repeatedly refused to cooperate with the employer’s reasonable requests and even used claims that “the baby would be in danger” to intimidate us. She turned off the camera at night without permission, making her behavior non-transparent. She was selfish and frequently tried to raise the price at the last minute for various reasons. Her communication attitude was terrible, and she spoke rudely. When leaving the household, she even maliciously cursed the employer. Both her character and professional standards were extremely poor. I strongly advise others to avoid her."

"Thank you, Auntie Song, for taking care of our whole family for 42 days. During this time, our baby thrived and gained quite a bit of weight. Auntie Song carefully recorded the baby’s feeding and bowel movements, bathed and cared for the baby, and fed the baby on time. You could literally see the baby growing bigger every day. Auntie Song is also amazing at soothing the baby to sleep. Our baby is now over 40 days old and can sleep for three to four hours at a time. Auntie Song also took meticulous and thoughtful care of the new mom, making different postpartum meals every day. The mom recovered very well throughout the entire postpartum period. The youtiao Auntie Song made is the best youtiao I’ve had in all my more than ten years in the U.S.! Her other dishes were also excellent in color, aroma, and taste!"

"February 25, 2026, 05:51 Recommendation Letter for Auntie Zhou From the day our baby was born until the end of the first 100 days, Auntie Zhou was by our side the whole time, caring for the baby with patience and warmth. She was not only a maternity matron, but also a lactation consultant and caregiver... In the middle of the night, she fed the baby without a word of complaint; when I was engorged, she helped relieve the blockage in time; when our family was short-handed, she proactively took on housework and cooking, so we could feel completely at ease even when we went out. I rarely feel this kind of heartfelt, openly expressed love for a baby from a maternity matron. You can tell that Auntie Zhou truly likes babies and genuinely loves this work. From caring for the baby’s jaundice after birth to dealing with intestinal gas in the second month, she was always professional and scientific. From practicing tummy lifting, gross motor activities, and gas-relief exercises, to reading stories to the baby expressively every day and doing finger-play exercises, I saw it all with my own eyes. Her patience and sincerity toward the baby made me trust her completely. She was also especially hardworking. Being a maternity matron is already tough, but Auntie Zhou never complained. She always quietly helped us wash clothes and tidy the house, while keeping the baby’s care well organized, never missing the exercises or gas-relief routine. I could also see her occasional anxiety about getting bookings and her uneasiness in unfamiliar environments. Writing this is both to thank her for accompanying me through a brand-new 100 days of my life, and to sincerely hope that things go better and better for her in the future. If any friends are looking for a maternity matron, I sincerely recommend Auntie Zhou."
